In Phnom Penh - From the airport to the hotels, the restaurants, the shopping mall, the groceries stores [market] big and small, the parking lots...they are all infested with so-called security guards [personnel] with or without uniforms...Who are they really? Who are they to protect? What are they [including more than just a few of those Moto-Dup/Tuk-Tuk drivers of course] to do speaking fluently Vet/YUON language?
A Phnom Pénh, de l'aéroport, aux hôtels, aux restaurants, aux marchés, aux garages [en un mot, presque n'importe où], on ne que voit que des soi-disant personels de sécurite avec ou sans les uniformes...Qu'est-ce-qu'ils font réellement? Qu'est-ce qu'ils ont à faire ou bien à proteger, y compris ceux des chauffeurs de Moto-Dup et Tuk-tuk quand ils, la plupart d'entre eux parlent couramment la langue Vietnamienne/YUON?
