No, in this case, it's nothing to do with your PC at all. When the video was posted, it was running, however, RFA removed it shortly afterward for some reason?
Please note that some other videos may not be viewed or accessed in the US. This is to do with country restrictions/law or something of that nature. But the same videos could still be viewed in other countries.
I know this is a bit annoying for our readers/viewers in the US.
