ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខណ្ឌសីមានិងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង ថ្លែងទៅកាន់អ្នកកាសែត ក្នុងទីស្ដីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៅថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥។ RFA/Rann Samnang |
ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះខណ្ឌសីមា និងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង បដិសេធការអញ្ជើញរបស់អ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រពីខាងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ មណ្ឌលស្វាយរៀង ឲ្យទៅបញ្ជាក់ចំណុចបង្គោលព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម លេខ២០២ និង ២០៣ ដែលធ្លាប់មានការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នាកាលពីខែមិថុនា។
ការបដិសេធនេះ នៅស្របពេលគណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម កំពុងប្រជុំនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយអំពីបញ្ហាជម្លោះព្រំដែនរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង ថ្លែងប្រាប់អ្នកកាសែតនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៨ កក្កដា ថា លោកមិនចាំបាច់ទៅពិនិត្យបង្គោលព្រំដែនតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់ លោក រៀល ខេមរិន្ទ្រ ទេ។
លោកថ្លែងទៀតថា ប្រសិនបើ លោក រៀល ខេមរិន្ទ្រ ចង់ទៅមើលបង្គោលព្រំដែននោះ ក៏ទៅមើលចុះ ព្រោះបង្គោលនោះត្រូវបានបោះរួចហើយ៖ «ខ្ញុំមានកាតព្វកិច្ចអីទៅគោរពលោកឯកឧត្ដមហ្នុង? ខ្ញុំនៅខាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលទេ។ គាត់នៅខាងនីតិប្បញ្ញត្តិ ខ្ញុំនៅនីតិប្រតិបត្តិ។ ចុះទៅមើលខ្លួនឯងទៅ គេដាំរួចហើយ យើងទៅមើលទៅ (តើ) មាននរណាហាមឃាត់? ចង់ទៅមើលអីមើលទៅ»។
ការឆ្លើយតបរបស់ លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង គឺដូចគ្នានឹងការរំពឹងទុកមុនរបស់ លោក រៀល ខេមរិន្ទ្រ អ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រពីខាងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ពេលដាក់លិខិតអញ្ជើញដែរ៖ «ខ្ញុំមិនជាបញ្ហាព្រួយបារម្ភអីទេ ព្រោះថាបើគាត់មិនទៅ ក៏យើងត្រូវតែនាំគ្នាទៅ។ ហ្នឹងជារឿងរបស់យើង ប៉ុន្តែចំពោះរឿងបើគាត់មិនទៅ ក៏ខ្ញុំការអញ្ជើញនេះ ខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមថាគាត់នឹងទៅទេ ប៉ុន្តែដើម្បីឲ្យច្បាស់លាស់ថា ដើម្បីចៀសវាងកុំឲ្យគាត់បន្ទោសយើង ឬក៏គាត់ថា យើងហ្នឹងចង់ចំណេញនយោបាយច្បាស់លាស់...»។
លោក រៀល ខេមរិន្ទ្រ បញ្ជាក់នៅពេលដាក់លិខិតអញ្ជើញកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ កក្កដា ថា ការដាក់លិខិតនេះ គឺចង់បញ្ជាក់ឲ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់នៅត្រង់ចំណុចដែលជាតំបន់ប្រទាញប្រទង់ ឬមិនទាន់ដាច់ស្រឡះ ហើយធ្លាប់ប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នារវាងពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ និងវៀតណាម។
ការឆ្លើយឆ្លងគ្នារវាងតំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សប្រឆាំង និងលោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង នេះ នៅខណៈដែលកិច្ចប្រជុំរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះខណ្ឌសីមា និងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនគោកកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម បានចូលដល់ថ្ងៃទី២ ហើយ ហើយនឹងបញ្ចប់នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ កក្កដា។ លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង នៅតែមិនទាន់អាចបញ្ជាក់បានទេ ទាំងរបៀបវារៈ ទាំងលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយភាគីវៀតណាម នេះ។ លោកក៏មិនទាន់ប្រាកដថា នឹងមានសន្និសីទកាសែតនៅថ្ងៃបញ្ចប់ ឬយ៉ាងណាដែរ។
បញ្ហាព្រំដែនរវាងកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម ត្រូវបានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លើកយកជាបញ្ហាលេចធ្លោនៅពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន ដែលរហូតធ្វើឲ្យលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ទៅសុំខ្ចីផែនទីខ្មែរពីអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ មកបញ្ជាក់។
តំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ចោទប្រកាន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលថា ប្រើផែនទីក្លែងក្លាយ ហើយគ្រោងនឹងស្នើសុំឲ្យដក លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង ពីប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការកិច្ចការព្រំដែន៖ «បញ្ហាទីមួយ គឺគាត់ប្រើប្រាស់ផែនទីក្លែងក្លាយ ធ្វើឲ្យបាត់បង់ដីខ្មែរយើង។ ទីពីរ គាត់អត់មានសមត្ថភាព ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនជាមួយវៀតណាម ព្រោះដោះស្រាយកន្លងមកគាត់បាត់បង់ដី ហើយជាក់ស្ដែងយើងឃើញហើយថា នៅតាមព្រំដែនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋគាត់ស្រែកយំរាល់ថ្ងៃ។ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបាត់ដីស្រែចម្ការរបស់គាត់ ហើយកាលពី ២០០៥ សម្ដេចតាក៏ថ្កោលទោសគាត់ដែរ ដែលគាត់ប្រើផែនទីក្លែងក្លាយ ដែលចោទ លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង ថាធ្វើអត្តឃាត ដោយសារប្រទេសកម្ពុជា អត់មានព្រំដែនច្បាស់លាស់ ហើយត្រូវកំណត់ព្រំដែនឡើងវិញអ៊ីចឹង»។
លោក វ៉ា គឹមហុង មិនចាប់អារម្មណ៍នឹង លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ទេ ដោយលោកថ្លែងថា ស្រេចលើការសម្រេចរបស់នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី។
