This guy is out of his mind! The FBI have no authorities to do anything tohun sen or any Cambodian government officials over beating any Cambodian on Cambodia soil.
in return, khmer governments needs to sue american governments to let their citizen to stage protest in PHN & created problems, created troubles. incited chaos in city etc.....
what a dufus ! he is gonna make all khmers in the US looked bad for his stupidity....they probably had a good laugh behind his back... he needs to read the US laws once again.... US citizen is forbidden to run for gov office in another country... if it can be done then what to stop a khmer citizen from running for office in the US or any other country....
should stay in the us collect welfare and every morning driving around the street collect bottle from the trash. Khmer Cambodian need an educational new generation. All these guy just want to become somebody never fish school. Come to use collect welfare and go to casino don't care about anything his brother and sister all become gangster.
