គិត ត្រឹមចុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះ មានក្រុមហ៊ុនវៀតណាមចំនួន១៨ដែលកំពុងវិនិយោគដាំកៅស៊ូនៅក្នុងប្រទេស កម្ពុជា។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនទាំងនេះបានសម្រេចដាំកៅស៊ូលើផ្ទៃដីចំនួន ៨៥០០០ហិចតាហើយ ហើយមានគម្រោងពង្រីកការដាំដុះនេះអោយបាន១០ម៉ឺនហិចតាក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៥ ដែលត្រូវថវិកា១០០០លានដុល្លារ។
ក្រុមហ៊ុនវៀតណាមចំនួន១៨កំពុងប្រតិបត្តិការវិនិយោគដាំកៅស៊ូនៅក្នុង ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា លើផ្ទៃដីចំនួន៨៥០០០ហិចតា ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ដើមទុនជាង៦០០លានដុល្លារ រហូតដល់ចុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះ។ នេះបើតាមការបញ្ជាក់របស់លោក ជិន ង៉ុកថួន អគ្គនាយកសម្ព័ន្ធឧស្សាហកម្មកៅស៊ូវៀតណាម។ របាយការណ៍នេះត្រូវបានមន្ត្រីវៀតណាមប្រាប់អោយដឹងនៅក្នុងជំនួបសវនាការ ជាមួយលោកងួន ញិល ប្រធានស្តីទីនៃរដ្ឋសភាកម្ពុជា។
ប៉ុន្តែ បើតាមលោក ង៉ុកថូន បរិមាណដាំដុះនិងទំហំទឹកប្រាក់ខាងលើនេះ នៅមិនទាន់ដល់កម្រិតដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនវៀតណាមចង់វិយោគនៅកម្ពុជានោះ នៅឡើយទេ។ លោកបានរម្លឹក ស្មារតីអនុស្សារណៈរវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល កម្ពុជានិង វៀតណាម ដែលគ្រោងដាំដើមកៅស៊ូរបស់សម្ព័ន្ធឧស្សាហកម្មកៅស៊ូវៀតណាម គឺត្រូវសម្រេចការដាំដុះឲ្យបាន១០ម៉ឺនហិកតា និងត្រូវចំណាយទុនវិនិយោគ ១ពាន់លានដុល្លារ។ ហើយថាដំណាំកៅស៊ូទាំងនោះនឹងមានមានខេត្ត រតនៈគីរី មណ្ឌលគីរី ក្រចេះ កំពង់ធំ ព្រះវិហារ ខេត្តសៀមរាបនិងស្ទឹងត្រែង។
គួរកត់សម្គាល់ថា ក្រុមហ៊ុនវៀតណាមដែលវិនិយោគលើដាំកៅស៊ូនៅកម្ពុជា ភាគច្រើនធ្វើឡើយតាមរយៈការទទួលបានដីសម្បទានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពីរដ្ឋាភិបាល កម្ពុជាក្នុងកិច្ចសន្យា៩៩ឆ្នាំ។ មន្ត្រីសង្គមស៊ីវិល ប្រជាសហគមន៍ រហូតដល់គណបក្សប្រឆាំង តែងតែរិៈគន់ពីការផ្តល់ដីសម្បទានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកន្លងមក ថាបាន ធ្វើឲ្យបះពាល់ដល់ធនធានធម្មជាតិ ព្រៃឈើនិងការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ និយាយដោយក្តីការផ្តល់ដីសម្បទានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងរយះពេល៩៩ឆ្នាំធ្វើ ឲ្យកម្ពុជាខាតជាងចំណេញ៕

The headline should read. Vietnam plan to extract 1 Billion US dollar rubber plantation from Colonized territory Nampuchea.
How do they get that land from Cambodia?
That is why Hun and Hanoi don't like democracy,they want to work in the dark,democracy is Hanoi and Hun number one.
Why did Hun Sen give these land ,4 millions hectares, for Hanoi for 99 years,as majority of our people have no job living in poverty and some even force to work as slave,at $90/month, in your own country?.
Does this tell us that Hun Sen serve our people's interest? or its master's "Hanoi" interest?
Even Angkor Wat, the emblem of our nation,is also sold for its master to run and the revenue from it every years worth hundred of millions is disappeared without a trace.
Country is not a property of anyone,but the nation.We have to break away from this monkey called Hun.

(VOV) - The Vietnam Rubber Group’s (VRG) investment projects in Cambodia have helped improve living condition for local people, said Nguon Nhel, First Vice-President of the Cambodian National Assembly (NA).
Mr. Nhel said this while receiving VRG General Director Tran Ngoc Thuan on July 12. He emphasized that Cambodia will create favourable conditions for the Vietnamese group to implement its projects in the country in the spirit of friendship and for the benefit of both peoples.
General Director Thuan said VRG will help Cambodia to build two pagodas and asked authorities to decide on their models and locations.
Since starting its investment in Cambodia, VRG has opened 11 branches in the country. It has been granted more than 95,000 ha of land 26,000 ha of which has been planted with rubber trees. The group will plant 50,000 more ha of rubber trees in 2011 and complete a project to plant 100,000 ha by 2012.
VRG has generated jobs for 7,000 people paying an average of more than US$100 per month. It has also built 1,500 houses for workers, as well as medical clinics and schools for labourers and their children.
