Rainsy insulted Cambodian army. Cambodian army never took any order to kill civilians. If they did, there would have been be a lot of dead civilians. You would think they are good shooters, trained to defend Cambodia right?
The 5 casualties were unintended. I assure you, if the Cambodian troops intended to kill, they can take out those hooligans easily.
Rainsy insulted just about everyone who did not please him. He insulted the Cambodia court as the Kangaroo court. He of course insulted the national election committee many times.
The only person Rainsy has not insulted yet is the current King of Cambodia. But he did insulted the previous King. Read here:
