According to a Facebook user who called himself "Khmer Sovannaphumi", three top commanders-in-chief of the armed forces have opposed the mobilisation troops into Phnom Penh. The Facebook user said the three top commanders were: Commander-in-Chief Gen. Pol Saroeun, Deputy Commander-in-Chief Hing Bunheang and Deputy Commander-in-Chief Kun Kim. He said now only Hun Manet, Hun Sen's eldest son, has the power to order all the troops.

100% false. They are 3 (Yuorn Ha Noi) had changed their names to Khmer name.
Pol Sareourn had killed a lot of Khmer Patriots. The others two are Viet, either. Kun Kim is from Vinh Long (Long Ho in Khmer) South Viet Nam.
