Kos Tral, thank for the quick information. One thing I would like to comment in the future. Please do not put background music for any important speech. It is annoying and It's hard to concentrate on the meaning and expression of the speecher.
It is time for Hun Sen to do what he should have done in 97, destroy these trouble makers and khmer rouge supporters, dismantle their terrorist organizations, and get rid of them permanently. Just like in 97, the US and the so-called the UN will do nothing.
Good speech but the music is annoying, can't here properly. You can put music from beginning but when people speak please turn of the music off or don't put the music in the background.
