Road accidents still the biggest killers of people in Cambodia every year, second only to economic poverty caused in part by systematic official corruption and mismanagement.

The police did not handcuff the criminal suspect who was caught red handed .
This is the typical Khmer Medical Doctor , no moral , treat human being as animal .
She has a moral & legal obligation to stop her car when she fist hit a bike , but she
ran over the victim and tried to run away that caused the lost of human lives . If she did stop , no one was killed , only a small amount of money she has to pay for the victim's pain & suffering . Now she must pay her cheap , immoral life ? It remains to be seen if
the ( kangaroo ) court let her use her money to buy lives on the street again .

Why you have to copy everything from the western world .

How long you have been out of Cambodia ?

Freedom of choice . If you don't like the western world , you can send your
children to copy everything from Hanoi .

It's an "accident", dumbo, if you don't ubderstand what "accident" is, don't be too stupid to express your thoughts regarding the article above.

Stupid ! What was you taught at driving school ? HIT & RUN is not an accident .
it's called INTENTIONAL VEHICULE HOMOCIDE . Go back to driving school ,
shit head . She did not kill those poor children , if she did not run - It's a voluntary
man slaughter - not a regular road accident . You should learn to respect
the law of country - Impunity is for Hun Sen cronies only .

Five years medical student who have mental issue, this is why I don't trust Cambodian doctor.

Killing 3 people got three years?

If she got mental problems, imagine when she become a doctor she might inject patients with lethal dose and claim insanity to get away from prosecution.

Traffics in Cambodia is a typical result of the ignorance of the so called CPP Hanoi installed government, who careless about people lives. This accident here is just only one aspect of many other casualties such as in health care system, how many mothers killed during their labors; how many children died during the last flood ? how many people killed on the borders? or in other countries unnecessary.

The result of the accidents per year in our country is very high, compare to other countries.Last year it was about 1700 lives lost, due to poor managing of traffic rules on the roads, such as speeds;signs and priority etc.

In a civilized countries school children are even protected by another group of people called lollipops,on top of traffic polices, which employed by council to help children crossing the roads, during school hours and many signs are heavily placed on the roads around the school area to ensure that drivers are aware and not allowed to speed faster than 20 miles/hour,these measure will help prevent accidents to occur and lives can be saved.

Accident is something that can be prevented as in traffics on the roads or as in the politics, the economics aspect of the country that can lead to war or revolution, that can result in nasty blood-shed in the future.

How can we change all of these?,if Hun prefers only his clans or his friends to run ministries rather the right people who know the jobs and its responsibility ?

Our heart is bleeding to see our children and our people killed in this way each year, and I can't imagine how long we have to endure in this suffering under this Hun's blunder politics.

We all should fight for the democracy, for it is the best system to save our people lives and our beloved country to freedom and justice.
