Hundreds of members of the Thai Patriots
Network rallied at the Royal Plaza on Monday morning, opposing the
International Court of Justice's jurisdiction to make a ruling on the
Thai-Cambodian dispute over Preah Vihear temple.
Chaiwat Sinsuwong, a leader of the rally, said the network had
gathered up to 1.3 million names to back a petition rejecting the ICJ's
jurisdiction over the issue.
The ICJ has accepted Cambodia's request to reinterpret its 1962
ruling, which awarded ownership of the temple to Cambodia but did not
mention the disputed area immediately surrounding it.
Mr Chaiwat said members of the Network would march to submit their
petition to the ICJ via the Bangkok office of the United Nations.
Copies of the same petition would also be submitted to commanders of
the army, air force and navy and president of the Supreme Court, he
said.

Thailand . Unlike Cambodia , Sam Ransi , the main opposition has been forced to
live in exile for his protest against Vietnam encroachment . Poor farmers who lost their
paddy rice fields that have been tilled by several generations of their Cambodian ancestors were sent to jail for protesting Vietnam encroachment .
Abhasit will not be prosecuted by Thai court ( no Kangoroo Court in Thailand ) for
his action regarding Preah Vihear .
Abisit make a fool out of himself infont of the world stage by protest the land that wasn't belong to his country.A fool like him is nothing but "A vampire thirty for innocent khmers &Siamese bloods" by creating incitement to make war out of nothing but his political gains and his personal agendas,he was the reason why people killed both side in the during clashed by his incitement about Preah Vihea that belong to khmers ever since Khmer empire.Abisit was decendant from Annam barbaric blood thirty Yuon.
