in this case, khmer's governments has nothing todo.. for this bridges project. i fully agreed with decho sen
only japaness governments has authorities..
I believe that the Cambodian government or its officials must be involved in fraud, causing the loss of construction funds, otherwise the Japanese government can't just accuse them. After all the bridge is a gift from the Japanese government- built for free for the Cambodian people. It's ridiculous for Hun Sen to deny the accusation before even launching an investigation.
