PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) - Super model Tim Rotha has denied
rumors that her lover bought her an Audi X6 worth more than $100,000,
according to the latest issue of Angkor Thom magazine.
"My parents deposited some money in my own account. Nobody bought that car for me," she reportedly said, stating that she's already had the car for two months.
"Although I haven't been able to earn that much this year, I was able to buy it with last year's income and support from my parents," she told the magazine.
The rumors surfaced after her Lexus was trashed in a road accident. "I hear such rumors every day now so I feel like I'm used to them," she said. "I really don’t get angry with such rumors. As an entertainer, I'm a good topic for criticism."
Tim Rotha meanwhile denied any romantic involvement with the son of the owner of Pencil supermarket. "He and I are just friends. I have my own lover but we're still getting to know each other," she said.
Tim Rotha has acted in many movies and has often performed abroad as a singer and model.
