Former Deum Ampil reporter dies in accident with truck [Now they don't kill journallists with bullets, they killed them with traffic accident, many had already died this way]

Ream Vanra died Thursday in road accident

SIEM REAP, 1 November 2012 (Cambodia Herald) – Former Deum Ampil reporter Ream Vanra died Thursday when a truck ran into his motorcycle, police said.

The 33-year-old, who also works at the Broadcast Department and the School of Pedagogy, was killed instantly.

A witness said he heard an explosion and came out of his house to find Ream Vanra laying on the road.

Nul Rong, deputy chief of the Serious Crimes Bureau, said he investigated the case after receiving a complaint from the victim’s father who suspected his son was murdered.

He said the victim's body had been taken to Preah Haron Temple by his family including his fiance and future mother-in-law.

Does Soy Sopheap has anything to with this man's death? He was a former Deum Ampil journalist. Maybe he had a fight with Soy Sopheap and was sacked or left the newspaper and now he died in suspicious circumstances.
