Yes, I am the person that usually claim that only a island that is cede to Vietnam. But, We don't know that Koh Tral was really silently ceded to Vietnam without any intervention. Plus, Vietnam forced Cambodia to put the maritime area nearby Koh Tral as the joint maritime between Cambodia and Vietnam. That's is wrong.
