Stoush continues
Phnom
Penh municipal court has summonsed Chhim Siek Leng (pictured) and Sao Rany of the
Norodom Ranariddh Party to appear next week in relation to their ongoing
legal battle that forced Rany from his position as secretary-general.
The court previously issued a verdict suspending the NRP decision that stripped Rany and his five deputies of their positions.
Leng, who replaced Rany, filed a complaint on July 27 asking the court to overturn the verdict.
NRP president Prince Norodom Ranariddh removed Rany on July 20, alleging he secretly arranged merger talks with Funcinpec.
Pen
Sangha, spokesman of the NRP, confirmed the summonses, saying “Chhim
Siek Leng filed a complaint for counter-suing because the decision
affects NRP rights”.

I've never heard anyone takes their boss to court when he/she get fired because of his/ her inability to perform his/her duties as an employee.Fighting for what? To get his job back? Will not working in the long run.Find you a new job Sao Rany, you're wasting you time dude!...
Sao Rany is very stupid. When he followed Ranariddh he got MP position and party secretary general position. Now that he is stupid enough to defect to the sinking ship Funcinpec Party, I bet he won't get anything. How stupid he is trying to sack Ranaiddh from party president when he got everything from Ranariddh.
