Hun Sen is very mad at Prince Norodom Ranariddh (pictured) again after his initiated-alliance between the prince and Funcinpec Party had failed. Nhiek Bunchhay, president of Funcinpec Party, blamed the failure on Ranariddh, accusing him of trying to drag Funcinpec into the opposition camp. However, Ranariddh blamed Nhiek Bunchhay for the failure for unilaterally cancelling the planned congress to formally merge to the two parties. A few days later, Hun Sen seem to parrot Nhiek Bunchhay's comment by also accusing Ranariddh of trying to drag Funcinpec into the opposition camp.
Hun Sen then called Ranariddh "a dog with a coiled tail", which is equivalent to "a leopard never changes its spots".
Hun Sen's alest antics and tirades against Ranariddh seemed to stem from the prince's criticism of Mr. Hun Sen's land swap deal with with Vietnam, which many critics said had given large chunks of Khmer land to Vietnam.

លិខិតសម្តេចក្រុមព្រះថាសរសេរមកថា "បើគ្មានសម្តេចទេ

Stop using the words Swap!!!! It was not a swap! It was giving a way some towns of khmers land to yuon Hanoi ,Hunsen's boss. Khmer did not get any thing back from this so called "SWAP" How can you (Cpp) call this deal a swap while the truth the matter is not a swap at all? Prime concern is the ceding of Khmer land to the Viets
and now my 2nd concern is that Khmer Youths may pick
and retain this kind of street talk speech for ever.
