Slowly but steadily Cambodia moves towards the right direction.Lawyers and judges are supposed to know the law and respect the law.Om Ying Tieng and his unit must work hard and should not relax until the situation really improved.I still waiting to hear what happen to the 4th year law school student who stole the car, and the prospective lawyer who raped his friend daughter and then put his friend in jail!
