Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra (pictured) will not fly to spend New Year holidays in Cambodia as earlier reported, his legal advisor, Noppadon Pattama said Monday.
Noppadon said he had checked with Thaksin and found that the former prime minister would spend the period with his children in Europe.
Noppadon said Thaksin had never planned to visit Cambodia during the period so his supporters should cancel their plan to travel to Phnom Penh to meet him.
