Biography
Nuon Chea (he was born under the name of Bunruot Length) studied the right to the prestigious Thammasat university of Bangkok, where he became member of the Communist party inhabitant of Thailand. Appointed assistant secretary of the PCK in 1960, it preserved this station like its statute of member of the Standing Committee of the PCK during all the period of democratic Kampuchea. It remained with the Khmer Rouges until December 1998, date on which it concluded with the Kampuchean Government an agreement authorizing it with living near the border inhabitant of Thailand.

The lawsuit in front of the Room of first authority will start in 2011. Principal allegations Nuon Chea is shown, by its acts or omissions, is planned, to have encouraged to make, to have ordered to make, to have helped and encouraged to commit (within the framework of a participation in a common criminal company) the following crimes perpetrated between on April 17, 1975 and on January 6, 1979, or of to have been responsible in so much hierarchical quesuperior:
•Crimes against humanity (murder, extermination, reduction in slavery, deportation, imprisonment, torture, persecution on political, racial and religious grounds, and other inhuman acts);
•Genocide (execution of Vietnameses and Chams);
•Serious violations of Geneva Conventions of 1949 (homicide intentional, torture or inhuman treatment, fact intentionally of causing great sufferings or of carrying seriously reached to the physical integrity or health, fact of depriving intentionally of the prisoners of war or civilians of their right to a fair trial and regular, deportation and detention illegal of civilians). Comrade Nuon Chea:
1). Tell us what you knew about VN secret plan for Cambodia. by using graph, photos, documents, records, any explicit communication between top Khmer rouge cardes and other foreigners (friends and or foes alike) ect... to prove. Many people and the world knew that USA bombed Cambodia almost to the stone age.
2).Tell us why people have to be evacuated from all main cities in Cambodia. Did he know when he came to Phnom penh and live there for the next three years that it was so quiet no people there..
3). Tell us why monetary and education system was eliminated.
4). Tell us why you didn't know that killing and starvation went on for 3 years plus. where he had been? sleep soundly or drunk, sufferd from amnesia...
5). Did you know Toul Sleng prison existed in the middle of Phnom Penh?
6). Did he know that Khmer rouge soldiers crossed the Cambodia/VN border to attack VN villages. If he said yes then he should know the rest...
7) Last but not least. Had you been outside Phnom penh at all during the last 3 years? If YES, you must have committed very serious crimes.

Nuon Chea was born as Lau Ben Kon (Chinese: 劉平坤),[5] at Voat Kor, Battambang in 1926. Nuon's father, Lao Liv, worked as a trader as well as a corn farmer, while his mother, Dos Peanh was a tailor. Nuon Chea's family was of Chinese-Khmer heritage;
why almost all of the KR leaders were of chinese heritage?

It's unthinkable for anyone to kill his own kind in the millions. Now you've said it, which makes so much sense. None of these guys are of pure Khmer blood, which made them capable of carrying out the genocide on the land that fed their Chinese forefather. Betrayal.

Well, I am young khmer student,I don't the real Khmer Rouge's story,whay we khmer still love Chinese people ? if the real chef of K R is chinese ? here at cambodia,every family love to get married with chinese Boy or chinese girl ,I still don't understand about Chinese live too much in our khmer Land,please tell me: Lok SK MONOHA or Khmerization ???
