Mr. Oeur Sam Ol, from the SRP, claimed that foreigners which had their names deleted from the voters' list are all from Prey Veng province . They are as follow: 33 are from Peam Ro commune, 33 from Prek Ksay Khor commune and 8 from Neak Loeung commune.
At the same time, the SRP claimed that the election monitoring watchdog, COMFREL, had found a large number of Vietnamese being allowed to register to vote.
