Letter to the Khmer Lotus Revolution
Founding members!
Dear Founding Members,
By love for our homeland, and as the Khmer Lotus Revolution Founder Members in France, in the United States and in Cambodia, we were able to unite us in a very healthy national burst. It is already a solid and fundamental basis for the success of the Khmer Lotus Revolution and for the final Victory of our Country and our People!
Firmly remind our three goals: Firstly: Liberate Cambodia from the hands of the Vietnamese imperialism. Secondly: Liberate the Khmer people from royalist-Communist Khmer rouge Hun Sen - CPP dictatorship, puppet of Viet Nam. Thirdly: After the final victory, install a free, independent, regime respecting Human Rights and Democracy, and then to give the people the free choice of their leaders to govern and develop our country!
1. Liberate the Cambodia is its Liberation from the hands of the Vietnamese. Eliminate without hate, by all means, their colonizing presence as imperialist Communists infiltrated in all instances of the Cambodian State, such as illegal settlers, soldiers, clandestine immigrants and mafia, by telling them directly, or by force, preferably peacefully, while respecting the international laws. Their presence is there already rooted as military officers, secret agents, businessmen, industrialists, workers... With the complicity of the royalist-Communist Khmer Rouge Hun Sen – CPP puppet regime, these Vietnamese have their identity cards, to vote and actually run the State of Cambodia, while the majority of Cambodians in the country and those in the Diaspora, have no right as citizens of origin to participate effectively in the free choice of the fate of their homeland!
2. Liberate the khmer people is their liberation from the dictatorial royalo-Communist khmer rouge Hun Sen – CPP regime, puppet of the Viet Nam. We imperatively need to weaken and defeat this dictatorial State apparatus, by all means, either peacefully by the widespread protest or by force in the reversing, or more quickly by the revolution of the people (politicians, intelligentsia, military, police, gendarmeries, public servants, teachers, students, workers, peasant,...). We have no hope of freedom as long as our homeland remains under the control of CPP - Hun Sen, valet of the Viet Nam. These dictators, traitors, Mafia leaders and corrupt... are rooted in all instances as leaders, soldiers, officials, businessmen, industrialists, spies …. They have privileges without limits, to lead Cambodia and steal its wealth, while the majority of Cambodians in the country and those in the Diaspora have no right as a people and citizens!
3. Install a new free regime, independent, respecting Human Rights and Democracy, and then give people the choice of their leaders to govern our Country. To do this, must be already liberated our country from the hands of the Vietnamese imperialists and liberate the people of Cambodia from the dictatorial royalo-Communist Khmer rouge Hun Sen - CPP regime, the Vetnam valet. In clear, should have already overturned this puppet regime!
These three objectives are driven by what was going on in our country for more than 62 years. By historical accident, the French Union of Vichy gave on June 4, 1949, the Cochichina or Kampuchea krom in Vietnamese administrative management. Since then, the Viet Nam did not intend to decolonize the annexed territory, in accordance with the rights and international treaties. Treaties khméro-Vietnamese (1979-81-82-83-85) have not been cancelled, despite the express request of the Paris agreement of 23 October 1991 (article. 1). Hanoi has succeeded, alas, to impose another additive 2005 Treaty to extend and validate these former unequal and unjust treaties imposed by the colonizer VietNam more than 32 years ago (since 7 January 1979). In both cases, the Kingdom of Cambodia (including Sihanouk, Sihamoni, Hun Sen, Chéa Sim, Héng Sam Rin of CPP and other opposition parties politicians) has not respected the Paris agreement, ordering the cancellation of all treaties violating its sovereignty (article. 1).The Viet Nam trampled under foot the Paris agreement requiring her as a signatory to respect the territorial Integrity of Cambodia (article.2). After his electoral defeat in 1993, and to perpetuate the annexation of Cambodia, CPP - Hun Sen regained power by the coup of 5-6 July 1997. Since, all elections there have been rigged, manipulated, under threats and intimidation, therefore, unfair and non-free. They have just served Vietnamization policy in Cambodia. The Khmer Lotus Revolution no longer believes in liberating elections both as Hanoi continues its policy of the Grand VietNam including Cambodia and Laos in Indochina under its Cup. There was therefore no application of the Paris Agreement on Human Rights and Democracy in Cambodia (article.3). The Lotus Revolution solemnly requests the Khmer political parties join us to boycott all future elections. Without the departure of the Vietnamese, there will be no Independence in Cambodia. With the presence of the royalo-Communist Khmer rouge regime CPP - Hun Sen, there will be no free elections. All interests in these elections will do that perpetuate and the Vietnamization and the dictatorship of the CPP-Hun Sen, puppet of the Viet Nam. It would be the betrayal of the motherland by ignorance or by deception!
Dear founder members,
We still have a long way before us to achieve our three sacred objectives. Today, think about our strategy and our tactics taking into account the changing national, regional and international situations to hunt effectively these imperialist Vietnamese living on our soil, and more specifically, to reverse the dictatorial royalo-Communist khmer rouge Hun Sen – CPP regime, puppet of the Viet Nam. The final objective is to sweep the two enemies of Cambodia and of the Khmer people by the people's tsunami!
In the meantime, with open arms, we expect the adhesion of the other Founding Members around the world,

Chers Membres Fondateurs,
Par Amour de notre Patrie, et comme Premiers Membres Fondateurs de la Révolution khmère du Lotus en France, aux Etats-Unis et au Cambodge…, nous avons pu nous unir, dans un sursaut national très salutaire. C’est déjà une base solide et fondamentale pour la réussite de la Révolution khmère du Lotus et la Victoire finale de notre Patrie et de notre peuple!
Rappelons nos trois objectifs: Primo: Libérer le Cambodge des mains de l’impérialisme vietnamien. Secundo: Libérer le peuple khmer de la dictature royalo-communiste khmer rouge Hun Sen - PPC, fantoche du Vietnam. Tertio: Après la victoire finale, installer un régime libre, indépendant, respectant les Droits de l’homme et la Démocratie, et puis confier au peuple le libre choix de ses dirigeants pour gouverner et développer notre pays!

2. Libérer le peuple khmer, c’est le libérer du régime dictatorial royalo-communiste khmer rouge Hun Sen – PPC, fantoche du Vietnam. Impérativement, il faut fragiliser et défaire cet appareil étatique dictatorial, par tous les moyens, soit pacifiquement par la protestation généralisée, soit par la force en le renversant, ou plus rapidement par la révolution du peuple (politiciens, intelligentsia, militaires, police, gendarmerie, fonctionnaires, enseignants, étudiants, ouvrirs, paysans,…). Nous n’avons plus d’espoir de liberté tant que notre patrie demeure sous le contrôle du PPC-Hun Sen, valet du Vietnam. Ces dirigeants dictateurs, traîtres, mafias et corrompus … se sont enracinés dans toutes les instances comme dirigeants, militaires, fonctionnaires, businessmen, industriels, espions…. Ils ont des privilèges sans limites, pour diriger le Cambodge et voler ses richesses, alors que la majorité des Cambodgiens dans le pays et ceux de la Diaspora n’ont aucun droit en tant que peuple et citoyens!
3. Installer un nouveau régime libre, indépendant, respectant les droits de l’homme et la démocratie, et puis confier au peuple le libre choix de ses dirigeants pour gouverner notre pays. Pour ce faire, il faut avoir déjà libéré notre Patrie des mains des impérialistes vietnamiens et libérer le peuple cambodgien du régime dictatorial royalo-communiste khmer rouge Hun Sen –PPC, valet du Vetnam. En clair, il faut avoir déjà renversé ce régime fantoche!
Ces trois objectifs sont dictés par ce qui se passait à notre Patrie depuis plus de 62 ans. Par accident historique, l’Union francaise de Vichy a confié le 4 juin 1949 la Cochichine ou le Kampuchéa krom à la gestion administrative vietnamienne. Depuis, le Vietnam n’a pas voulu décoloniser ce territoire annexé, conformément aux droits et traités internationaux. Les traités khméro-vietnamiens (1979-81-82-83-85) n’ont pas été annulés, malgré la demande expresse de l’Accord de Paris du 23 octobre 1991 (art.1). Hanoi a réussi, hélas, à imposer un autre traité additif de 2005 pour reconduire et valider ces anciens traités inégaux et injustes imposés par le Vietnam colonisateur depuis plus de 32 ans (depuis le 7 janvier 1979). Dans ces deux cas, le royaume du Cambodge (incluant Sihanouk, Sihamoni, Hun Sen, Chéa Sim, Héng Sam Rin du PPC et autres politiciens des partis d’opposition…) n’a pas respecté cet Accord de Paris lui ordonnant l’annulation de tous les traités violant sa souveraineté (art.1).Le Vietnam a foulé aux pieds cet Accord de Paris lui enjoignant en tant que signataire de respecter l’intégrité territoriale du Cambodge (art.2). Après sa défaite électorale de 1993, et pour pérenniser l’annexion du Cambodge, le PPC-Hun Sen y a reconquis le pouvoir par le coup d’état du 5-6 juillet 1997. Depuis, toutes les élections y ont été truquées, manipulées, sous menaces et intimidations, donc injustes et non libres. Elles ont juste servi la politique de vietnamisation du Cambodge. La Révolution du Lotus n’y croit plus aux élections libératrices tant que Hanoi continue sa politique du Grand Vietnam incluant le Cambodge et le Laos dans l’Indochine sous sa coupe. Il n’y a donc pas eu application de l’Accord de Paris sur les Droits de l’Homme et la Démocratie au Cambodge (art.3). La Révolution du Lotus demande solennellement aux partis politiques khmers de nous joindre pour boycotter toutes futures élections. Sans le départ des Vietnamiens, il n’y aura pas d’Indépendance au Cambodge. Avec la présence du régime royalo-communiste khmer rouge PPC-Hun Sen, il n’y aura pas d’élections libres. Toutes participations à ces élections ne feront que pérenniser et la vietnamisation et la dictature du PPC-Hun Sen, valet du Vietnam. Ce serait la trahison de la Patrie par ignorance ou par tromperie !

Nous avons encore un long chemin devant nous pour réaliser nos trois objectifs sacrés. Dès aujourd’hui, réfléchissons à notre stratégie et à nos tactiques en tenant compte de l’évolution des situations nationale, régionale et internationale, pour pouvoir chasser efficacement ces Vietnamiens impérialistes vivant sur notre sol, et plus précisément, pour reverser le régime dictatorial royalo-communiste khmer rouge Hun Sen–PPC, fantoche du Vietnam. L’objectif final, c’est de pouvoir balayer les deux ennemis du Cambodge et du peuple khmer par le tsunami populaire!

To the Lotus Revolution members,
Do what you want but if you're going the route of using violence to what you want because you are incompetent in winning in the legal way through election, you can count on me being on the side to keep any of you from achieving your goal. The last time I heard about the greatness of revolution to liberate Khmer people was the Khmer Rouge. Their revolution went nowhere and costed Cambodia dearly. If your movement starts to look like that of the past that costs us more than helps, you my fellow countrymen I have to oppose and, if needed be, put down for the greater good of the people. I read you three major objectives, althought you have good intention to save Cambodia but your approach will harm Cambodia more than helping. You have to assess the economic and security impact done to Cambodia if your group put this into action. I respect and understand your pains but please take a step back and disected your intention point by point carefully and weight the pro and con. I am not in anyway trying to destroy your movement but I am caution you about the implication and human sufferings of this ordeals if it takes place. Will Cambodia dodge this bullet? You all holding the key to it. Buddha Prophecy stated "ឈាមដាបពោះដំរីនៅទន្លេមុខបួន", I never wanted to see this prophecy became the reality. Only time will tell. Your claimed probably good enough for election campaign to win election in 2013. You wanted to get ride of PM Hun Sen " "Can you get ride of PM Hun Sen?". "That is the big question mark". Let say you couldn't, what back up do you have? Are you prepared to sacrafice thousands or millions of Cambodian lives? Since you want to have election after your movement took place, why dont you work on using these objectives as your campaign strategies for 2013 election? Why goes through Lotus revolution and have people kills? I know you dont like what I am telling you now, it is reality fact, the Vietnamese and Chinese are part of our culture and society from the beginning. This is the reality, Chinese and Vietnamese were borned in Cambodia and they are Cambodian citizens like you and I period. They have every rights like you and I. They are the business engine in Cambodia. Dont get me wrong, there are smart Cambodian businessman like Oknha Kit Meng, Mong Rithy and others too but majority are Chinese and Vietnamese business owners than Khmer. These Khmer millionars were former refugee but they found their ways to do business in Cambodia and became millionars. I dont despite them because they are rich, we need more of them to drive Cambodia's economy. They created jobs and push our country foward to compete with the rest of the world. We do have broken immigration system which I agree with you 100 percents. We needed strict immigration reform policies and enforcement. This is very seriouse problem in Cambodia. Vietnamese that are living here for number of years with proof of address etc should be able take test to become Khmer citizens must pay tax and contribute to Cambodia tax revenue like others. Cambodia need to increase immigration police along Vietnam/Cambodia border. Vietnamese living in Cambodia must respect Cambodia's law. For those of you that live outside of Cambodia, just think of yourself what would happened if the country you currently live in suddently turn against you just because your ethnicity. Imagine how you feel if your family work all of their lives to save up and bought a house to raise your family and now you were told to move out and go back home to Cambodia because you dont belong here. This is why I am asking people to think of different ways to resolve this immigration issue without blood bath. We all wanted to live in peace. There has to be better solution than Lotus revolution. Just looks at those countries, where are they now after the revolution. Some, dont have a government yet. We must find ways to control immigration issues without going through the Lotus revolution.
These people are prejedus and bias.
If you look at Cambodia past Gov., How many of the Gov. official were Chinese/Khmere ?????
90% of them, but some how these people are trying to ignore the facts !!!
You rarely here/read any comments about Chinese/Khmere, do you think they care about Cambodia as a nation ?????
When they discuss about KR trial, they only mention the Vietnamese involvement, they forgot about more than 10,000 chinese advisors in the country at that time !!!
The roles and responsibilities of these advisors !!!! and for the fact they were not starving and lived liked the king in KR regime. The KR even assigned young girls to take care them at night !!!!!
