To all Khmers around the world; if you happen to read Khmerization or other news; I urge all of you not to stand still, start to form groups to be prepared to help Cambodia when the time come. Let's hope that Thailand stop waging war with Cambodia but we don't know how it will respond to ICJ ruling either. Cambodians around the world should start meeting each other at their locations in groups and discuss about border issues, educate and inform each other of the problems and strategies, different ways they can help when the time comes. Cambodia has to be proactive in order to survive. Cambodia cannot stand alone and watch Thailand blow our soldiers into pieces. I urge all of you to put out the same message to other news media, urging all Cambodian citizens around the world to unite and be prepared for the worse and ready to help out as much as they can to Cambodia's nation. If you can't be at the front line, you can rally up groups to stage protests throughout the world, you can organize fundraising to raise money to support the refugees or injured soldiers or their families. You can show them your support emotionally, both financially and strategically. I know there are a lot of groups are doing it as I am speaking now. Keep up the good work and continue what you are doing and encourage more people to help out. There will be displaced families from war. My hope is for Thailand to be civilized and peace should be the guiding principle. It is saddened to see Khmer and Thai fight. There are many Khmer Surin who was originally Khmer, separated from Khmer many years. Cambodia never hate you or forget about you. We love you because you are our brothers and sisters. You "Khmer Surin" related to Cambodia by blood. Don't let others paint your face to look any different or treated Cambodians different from your own kind. Our ancestors stood still watching us from above. We are long lost brothers and sisters; Cambodia has always welcome and seek for you. Others tried to erase us from this earth by not allowing you to study your own language, culture, literature and customs. You were punished if they found out you you practice those basic things or tried to remember your own root. We know and feel your pains as we dealt with our own pains and sufferings. If you are stationed on the other side of the fence and ready to pull those triggers, just remember you are shooting at your own brothers and sister. God bless Cambodia. May Khmer Empire Warrior's spirits protect all Khmers from any harm, may those spirits bring us peace and harmony.

While we will defend ourselves against attack, there is no point to fight when we already won. Get my point?
We're been patient all along to avoid bloodshed. So it's stupid to want to spill blood when we have just been confirmed and agreed with by the international community what we have been trying to tell them.
That being said, preparation for possible Thai attack in the face of their activity at Unesco is a good call.

All of these talks or rhetorics between Cambodia and Thailand will amount to nothing more than raising patriotism on both sides of the border for the purpose of getting votes on one side and popularity to continue to rule with corruption, nepotism and cronyism without challenges from the people.
It is a good politics to divert the public opiniosn away from the incompetence of the governments by promoting nationalism on both sides of the border.
The rhetorics will be with us for a while, but there will be business as usual at the higher levels and rising nationalism at the local people level.
