Garment workers rally to demand better working conditions, pay increase. The rally was broken up by government's vigilante groups. Rong Chhun, leader of the rally, was slightly injured when attacked by those vigilantes.

Hun Sen's security forces are so good at attacking the innocent civilians. They are not good at all working as an independent force to protect the interests of the people.
In my entire life I have seen on numerous occasions and under several former Cambodian governments the atrocities and the bravery committed and shown by these police forces against innocent Cambodians and their cowardice when it comes to dealing with other nationalities such as Vietnamese or Thais.
It is certainly a disgraceful Cambodian behaviour which takes a deep root in the society and probably will never be shaken off!

Yes, but not so good at defending Cambodian territorial integrity. This is what happens when a country is ruled by an ignorant dictator.
