Cambodian Foreign Minister spokesman Koy Kuong said Dr. Marty Natalegawa, the Indonesian foreign minister, will arrive in Cambodia on Monday to discuss with Cambodia on the latest round of deadlt clashes with Thai troops.
He said during the visit, Dr. Marty will sign an agreement with Cambodian foreign Minister Hor Namhong to allow the deployment of Indonesian observers to the Cambodian-Thai border.
Dr. Marty will then travel to Bangkok to meet with Thai foreign Minister Kasit Piromya where he will sign an agreement with Thai for the deployment of Indonesian observers to the disputed zone.
Dr. Marty's mission to Cambodia and Thailand happened after new round of fighting between Cambodian and Thai troops.

About damn time! For these leaders, Nothing is taken seriously until damages are done. How disappointing.
Is your last straw Mr Thai's husband you better do it and do it properly don't let your sentimental mix with your work like the old saying "male must on top of the female" don't let female steer you otherwise you become gay .

Time go by our people suffer we got no time to wait our patience is limit .
If too much for you to handle you always Can ask UNSC to solve it don't drag your feet like your in-law and don't muddy the water.
It is the last chances for Thai and the Thai son in-law otherwise somebody will step in that why Thai accept the proposal without conditional (take it or leave it).
The rogue state of Thailand not really accept anything that easily unless they go no way out .

Thai have a lot to lose here the only put the brave face but for how long patience have the limit from every angles .
Anybody believe it it is a tactic to delay few days ago Thai Parliament voted unanimous approved of pushing Cambodia out from the dispute area and Thai media reported otherwise Thai just calm Cambodia down a little bit but in reality they push us around they fooled their son in-law why should Cambodia gov buy this how many promises that they change their mind after they signed them .
By now we should know Thai is the rogue state and is the fail state they have too many heads and many tails which head is the overall in-charge nobody know a lot of people blame the pretty boy but in the reality is pretty boy is helpless boy that unable to make any real decision by himself he's the puppet of the privy council .
We should not wasting time and take all the empty promise their treaty may valid only 24hrs why should we bother with the rogue state like Thailand we should spend our time in the more productive way like training our soldiers&civilian buy more modern weapons and so on........
Dr. Marty Natalegawa should give Thai the ultimate " take it no more fool around otherwise I will hand to UNSC " but Dr. Marty Natalegawa have gut .

PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA, 24 APRIL, 2011-Spokesman for the council of ministers of Cambodia said on Sunday that there is no negotiation with Thailand for military commanders at border areas after deadly fighting this week.
“We completely rejected the rumors and reports that 11 Khmer commanders asked to negotiate with Thailand, and no military commander died at the border areas during the fighting, Phay Siphan, spokesman said.
“The rumor is Thai intention to spoil the information,” he stresses.
