A senior MP from the ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP) has rejected Mr. Sam Rainsy's accusation that the current Cambodian leaders were complicit in the Khmer Rouge genocidal crimes and rebuked him for making such an irresponsible accusation. Mr. Sam Rainsy had called for the indictment of Prime Minister Hun Sen, Mr. Chea Sim, Mr. Heng Samrin and other CPP leaders via a videoconference on 17th April which is the 36th anniversary of the Khmer Rouge takeover.

Mr. Cheam Yeap (pictured), chairman of the Finance and Audit of the National Assembly, warned that Mr. Sam Rainsy, who had already been sentenced to 12 years jail for disinformation, could face additional lawsuit for his remarks. "If the three Samdechs: Samdech Chea Sim, Samdech Hun Sen and Samdech Heng Samrin give an eye signal to their lawyers to file a lawsuit, Mr. Sam Rainsy could get additional jail term. But I know that Mr. Sam Rainsy is desperate and wanted to return back to the country, that's the reason why he has raised the issue repeatedly", he said.

Mr. Cheam Yeap said Chea Sim, Hun Sen and Heng Samrin knew that Pol Pot betrayed the people and were killing the people, so they escaped to Vietnam and created the 2nd December Movement in 1978 to liberate the people from the Khmer Rouge regime.

Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, Chea sim and many more CPP leaders were ex-Khmer Rouge officials who had committed crimes of genocide. As such, they are perfect candidates for prosecutions. So, they must be brought to justice one day.

You keep twisting your twisted head. You rewarded the CPP for kicking the KR out and down with Sam Rainsy which did help out because he was in France.

Now when you found CPP is a KR members needed for prosecution, you want to include the of the parties as well.

Do you do anything to get away from your murder crimes?

A criminal mind like you will anything to murder people to keep your murderous clan CPP in power.

2:11 PM, Sam Rainsy did help to liberate Cambodia from the Vietnamese occupation. He was an active member of Funcinpec from around 1981 to 1994. So, from 1981 to 1991 he actively helped with his finance and being present in the frontline along the Khmer-Thai border. Vietnamese troops were kicked out (withdrawn)from Cambodia in 1989. On the other hand, Hun Sen and his clique were working with the Vietnamese troops to destroy the patriotic forces based along the border. Moreover, the were ex-KR leaders so they should be prosecuted.
