-Thai PM Abhisit Vejjajiva has requested Indonesia to delay sending observers to the Khmer-Thai "disputed border", claiming that Cambodia and Thailand have the ability to resolve the border conflict through bilateral mechanisms. Indonesia has not responded to Thailand's request yet. Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to accept the dispatch of Indonesian observers to disputed zone during the meeting in Indonesia on 22nd February.
-Border situations tense after Thailand opposed to the visit of 19 military attaches from 13 foreign embassies based in Phnom Penh, like from the U.S, France, Russia, China, Japan, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, Burma, Laos and Vietnam. Cambodian officials, however, said that the visit will still go ahead tomorrow morning 3rd March, despite opposition from Thailand.
Chea Sim, President of the Cambodian Senate, has left Cambodia on Tuesday afternoon to travel to Singapore for medical treatments. Mr. Sabou Bacha, advisor to Mr. Chea Sim, did not elaborate on what illness Mr. Chea Sim is seeking treatment. However, in December 2009, he had once sought treatment for high blood pressures. Mr. Chea Sin is known to have high blood pressures and advanced diabetes.

Thailand scared Asean/International community know the FACTs! Thailand has caused this war first...
Can't trust Thailand. Even they agreed in front of 10 Asean ministers and the world knows about it and they still want to change their mind. Thailand has something to hide because they invaded Khmer land. When Indonesian observers arrived they will know that Thailand had invaded Cambodia and it is the aggressor.
