Three MPs from the opposition Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) have on 23rd June visited border posts in Anlong Chrey (or Anlong Tress) in Kak commune, Ponhea Krek district in Kampong Cham province, which is the birthplace of National Assembly president Heng Samrin who is also an honourary president of the ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP), after villagers claimed that many border posts in the area had been planted deep inside Khmer territory, reports Cambodian Express News.

Mr. Mao Monivann, Mr. Cheam Channy and Mrs. Thak Laky, said they have decided to visit the border posts after villagers told them that the Cambodian and Vietnamese authorities have prohibited them from building houses or grow crops in their lands near the spots marked for border planting. They said they have visited border posts 125, 126, 127 and 128 and said that at least two of the above border posts have been planted inside Khmer territory.

However, Mr. Heng Sithon, chief of border police unit 615, said he doesn't know whether the posts were planted inside Cambodian territory or not because this is a technical issue that is the responsibility of the border technical teams of the two countries.

The MPs said that the spots where they visited are located only a few metres from the birth home of Mr. Heng Samrin. A few months ago, there are reports that Mr. Heng Samrin claimed that his house and ancestral lands are now located inside Vietnam due to encroachments.

According to Radio Free Asia, the government categorically denied that the posts were planted inside Khmer territory and warned that the opposition MPs could face prosecutions for visiting the border areas without permission from the chairman of the National Assembly, Mr. Heng Samrin or without informing the local authority. "If they just visited the site, there is no problem, but don't come back and make various claims because they are not (border) experts and said the posts were planted wrongly. And this, we have the rights to protect the government's interests as well as the interests of the nation", warned Mr. Var Kimhong, chief of Cambodian Border Commission.

Mr. Mao Monivann said the MPs have the duties to protect the interests of the people and the nation and therefore their trips to the border areas need no permission from anyone.

Mr. Rong Chhun, chairman of Cambodian Watchdog Council, said all MPs have the duties to serve their constituents. "(Their visit) is in accordance with the laws because the MPs have the parliamentary immunity and the rights to visit the people as well as enquiring about border issues", he said.

Mr. Kem Sokha, president of the minor opposition Human Rights Party, said the government must be transparent and open on border issues. "The government must be transparent about major national issues like border plantings to include the participation of all circles because this is a national issue", he said.

If it's true that Heng Samrin's house in now located inside Vietnam, then it is really said. But why he didn't say a word now? Is it because he is afraid of his Vietnamese masters?

We all must understand, even if Youn come knocking on Hun Sen's door step and place a border post in front of his driveway, he' not going to do a damn thing, except calling out to his driver to move the cars. This goes the same with Farmer Heng Samrin and the rest of Ah Hun Sen's clowns. Suddenly, they all decided not to have voice, no fists, or no trigger fingers when dealing with Youn. They all decided to bow down and be servants of Hanoi. However; when it comes to dealing with Khmer, there is no shortage of words that fill with threat and intimidation to discourage them from protesting. Those clowns will try to defend and protect Vietnam.

Hanoi has become quite clever. Hanoi doesn't have to do the dirty works anymore, just picked certain idiots to run Cambodia, Hanoi just simply instructs that idiots to do anything Hanoi wants. For example, if Hanoi wanted Koh Tral, Hanoi just simply instruct that whoever idiot in charge of Cambodia to sign that island to Vietnam, and whaaaam.. Koh Tral bacame part of Vietnam. Vietnam just simply start picking and choosing what it wants and that idiot would just give it away to Hanoi. Ever wonder all the business deals signed between Vietnam and Cambodia?Hmmmm....

Anyway, Vietnam seems quiet and hidden of this border issue. It is being like a virgin little Vietnamese girl drinking milk in a bar, sweet, cute and innocence but her head fill with deadly ambition.
