End to Exile?
AN official from the opposition Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) says that its eponymous party president will return to Cambodia soon, despite the prospect of his arrest after being sentenced to prison for uprooting border markers. SRP spokesman Kimsour Phirith said on Tuesday that he could not give a date for Sam Rainsy’s possible return to the country, but said he would do so without fear. “He must be back, because he is Khmer and he cannot give up the Khmer nation. If he comes and faces arrest, he will still come. His stance will not change,” he said. Sam Rainsy “must dare to face prison to prevent [Cambodia] from losing land.” Kimsour Phirith added that the international community, would “not be quiet” about his jailing. Phay Siphan, spokesman for the Council of Ministers, said that Sam Rainsy must serve his sentence. “He must be punished – this is the court’s stance,” he said.

Phay Siphan, Hun Sen, CPP, the tototal Cambodian government are idiot. They all have no ethic! All they do is barking and biting when youn command.

Rainsy should not have run away in the first place. If he stayed maybe Hun Sen might not dare to put him in this predicament. The court sentence is designed to scare him and keep him out of the country. If he returns now, he will be arrested, but I hope the international community will not be silent. They will make noises, but will Hun Sen care? That is the question we need to wait and see.

Well, just go to jail if you have to to prove your points.

Being a politician, one should not be afraid of jail, especially if you want to survive politically in Cambodia.

Being jailed unjustly will make you more famous and draw people more to you since you have demonstrated that you are fearless and is ready to defend your belief at all cost.

10:04AM and 10:33AM,
You being irational. Think again. Please try to see more then a couple of inches in front of you.

It doesn't make much sense to urge him to return, go in the CPP ring with both leg and arm tied to fight with Hun Sen.

You know the CPP government has no ethic! If he go to Hun Sen jail what benefit will Cambodian citizens and Cambodia nation gain?

Depending on the circumstances, sometime being tuff poceeding forward with your strong will doesn't mean is the best way to go.
