Mrs Mu Sochua (pictured) said she is determined to clear her name and will "walk into jail" rather than pay the $2,500 fine that will be imposed against her by the court.
Mrs Mu Sochua sued PM Hun Sen for defamation but her case was dismissed by the court and she was stripped of the parliamentary immunity on the 22nd of June. On the other hand the court allowed Mr Hun Sen's countersuit against her to go ahead.
Mrs Mu Sochua has been summoned to appear before the Phnom Penh Court on 24th July to answer Mr. Hun Sen's defamation lawsuit.
Mrs Mu Sochua said she will appear before the court on the day as summoned. She also appealed to the judge to be impartial. She said: "The court said that it will allow me an opportunity to explain my case and it can do whatever it wants, but it must must not do like the parliament which did not give me and His Excellency Ho Vann the opportunity to explain our case. It decided to lift our parliamentary immunity but it has no political will and the responsibility for both of us to explain ourselves."

SRP has been applying for the license to run the radio station but it has been denied . now a guy from CPP is going to open a new radio station , do you think DAP radio will be independent . to me , i don't think so because it owns by a guy who is from CPP and he is always bias toward CPP .

I feel sorry for her because no matter how hard she try she will never get justice in Cambodia under Hun Sen's rule.
Ms. Mu needs to die in order for her ideal of justice and freedom in Cambodia to gain a foot hold in Cambodia.
if you hate hun sen so much. we should assinate her,maybe then the world will get shock of hun sen.
