Chunju (spelling?), one of South Korean famous universities has awarded doctorate degrees to National Assembly President Heng Samrin and Madame Bun Rany, the wife of Prime Minister Hun Sen.
Mr. Heng Samrin was awarded a doctorate degree in Public Administration and Madame Bun Rany, who is president of the Cambodian Red Cross, was awarded a doctorate degree in Literature in a ceremony at Chaktomoukh Theatre on 6th July.
In a speech during the awards ceremony, Dr. Lee Nam Suk, rector of Chunju University, congratulates both Mr. Heng Samrin and Madame Buny Rany for their service to the Cambodian nation.
In return, Mr. Heng Samrin thanked Chunju University for recognising his and Madame Bun Rany's achievements. He said: "We thank Chunju University for recognising our achievements and decided to award the doctorate degrees of Public Administration and Literature to both of us. We are very proud of it."

A worthless degree. Oop! Heng Samrin and Bun Rany might sue me in Mr. Hun Sen's court like the 22 army officers sue Mr. Ho Vann.
