Cambodian military sources said that situations along the disputed borders near Preah Vihear temple are getting more tense by the day as the Thai military had used bulldozers to build new roads closer to the Khmer front lines.
An anonymous Cambodian soldier based at Chak Chreng, 7 kilometres from the Preah Vihear temple, said on 3rd July that Thai bulldozers had built a dirt road up to the Cambodian front line where Thai troops had occupied three days earlier. On top of this, the Thai military had sent more troops to the areas. He said: "The Thais, they have crossed into our territories......The situations are getting more tense by the days. Last night they sent more troops and today, they sent some more. And their jet fighters flew three times over our heads."
A Cambodian military source in Oddor Meanchey said that the Thai military had evacuated Thai villagers from the areas in between O'Smach and Thmor Daun villages. The Thai military was seen transporting 6 trucks of new troop reinforcements to the areas.
On top of this, the Thai military had staged a military drill in front of the Preah Vihear temple.
There are also news that Gen. Pol Saroeun, the Cambodian commander-in-chief, had ordered the ten Thai troops based at Wat Keo Sekha Kirisvarak pagoda to leave by 4th July.

Let fight ah Thais now! Tell them to go back home.
If this is true, what PM Hun Xen is waiting?
Cambodia must get tough with Thailand and try to defend its sovereignty at all cost. Our sovereignty and territorial integrity is paramount to our survival as a nation.
