Despite the court finding no incriminating evidence nor witnesses, despite there being no victims to the alleged crimes nor perpetrators, the 3 Mother Nature activists were still found guilty today and sentenced to 1 and ½ years. (As if) that was not enough, they have been ordered to pay $25,000 (in compensation) to the sand mining cartel Direct Access, despite nothing being actually broken during the protest. The good news, for (lack) of a better word, is that the remainder of their clownesque sentence has been suspended so they walked out free from jail this afternoon. ;) Mother Nature
