នៅរដ្ឋសភាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក / On Capitol Hill (*)

រូបនេះ ថតនៅមន្ទីររដ្ឋសភាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក រដ្ឋធានីវ៉ាសុីនតោន ថ្ងៃទី ១៥ មិថុនា ២០១៦។

ពីឆ្វេងទៅស្តាំ ៖ លោកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ Steve Chabot (គណបក្សសាធារណរដ្ឋ) តំណាងរាស្ត្រខ្មែរលោកស្រី ជូឡុង សូមួរ៉ា ប្រធានបក្សប្រឆាំងនៅកម្ពុជា លោក សម រង្សុី លោកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ Alan Lowenthal (គណបក្សប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ)។

លោកតំណាងរាស្ត្រអាមេរិកាំងទាំង ២ រូប លោក Steve Chabot និងលោក Alan Lowenthal គឺជាអ្នកផ្តួចផ្តើមញត្តិស្តីពីកម្ពុជាលេខ HR728 ដែលទទួលការគាំទ្រដោយគណបក្សទាំង២ ហើយដែលនឹងត្រូវដាក់ឲ្យរដ្ឋសភាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក អនុម័តនៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងនេះ។
