Battambang student Khom Seng, 24, never imagined her agriculture degree would make her so popular during wedding season.

Seng and a classmate are cultivating sunflowers as part of a final year project, because they noticed there were no sunflower fields in the region.

Now the 100-square-metre patch behind Battambang University has become a favourite destination for lovers looking to take shots to commemorate their special day.

“I never expected there would be so people coming to visit to take photos and even pre-wedding photo shoots in my small experiment farm,” Seng said.
