You don't have to be anti-Vietnam or Vietnamese, or buy into theories of Vietnam's de facto colonial interference over Cambodia's affairs to detect this kind of VC mentality characterised by doggedness and devotion exemplified by this youth's single-minded, relentless pursuit of his prey and identified target. One of the rather amusing facets of this saga is that the main character [the man pictured below] has the most pronounced of facial features that instantly give away his ulterior motives through his surmised ethnic identity, and it is anything but that of a typical Khmer expression!
It could be argued that the Vietnamese and the Chinese share similar physical looks and features, and there are after all plenty of Sino-Khmers in the country, as there are indeed Khmer-Vietnamese or Vietnamese people born or having settled there over the years. Yet, of all these other available youths and agents, they could not have picked a more suspicious looking man to front their cheapest and dirtiest of ploys! As the young man found himself pestered by the press, he also found himself distracted by the constant message alerts on his smart phone; presumably instructions sent him by someone behind the scene. He looked acutely ill at ease with the attention and his sudden fame. But, one supposes, this is all going to form and trait of the aforementioned mentality of a 'people' who have learned the ultimate key to triumph and success in life comes with uncompromising ferocity and extreme nihilism where need be, and that everything else that speaks of a higher form of a civilised man, including notions of nobility and morality, let alone the sense of shame, would have to take a distant back seat in order of priority and relevance.
History has also witnessed this brutality and extreme Machiavellian streak in Cambodia's recent past as well as reflected in her current oppressors and ruling lords as a result of their contracted influence and association with their Vietnamese mentors throughout that period spent plotting the overthrow of the old Cambodian regime; a far cry from the pacific, humanitarian outlook and philosophy imparted by the Khmers' traditional mainstream culture of tolerance and compassion towards all men. If judicial harassment and public pursuit of this kind will still have failed, there will always be assassins waiting in the wing? Don't bet against the possibility ...

យុវជនមួយក្រុមមានគ្នាប្រមាណ ៣០នាក់ បានជំរុញឲ្យអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ ឲ្យស្វែងរកការពិតជុំវិញការបែកធ្លាយខ្សែអាត់សំឡេងដែលសង្ស័យថា លោក កឹម សុខា ប្រព្រឹត្តអំពើពុករលួយទិញផ្ទះ និងទិញដីឲ្យដៃគូស្នេហារបស់លោក។

ទាក់ទងបញ្ហានេះ ប្រធានអង្គការកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ធនធានយុវជន លោក ជាង សុខា មានមតិថា លោកដឹងពីការវិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃរឿងនេះ ប៉ុន្តែលោកថា សកម្មភាពយុវជនមួយក្រុមនេះ គឺជារឿងដែលមិនគួរយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ វាហាក់ដូចជាល្បែងមួយដែលគេនាំគ្នាលេងចេញពីឈុតមួយទៅឈុតមួយ ធ្វើឲ្យប៉ះពាល់ទៅដល់តម្លៃយុវជន៖ «រឿងនេះវាហាក់បីដូចជាមានផលប៉ះពាល់ផ្នែកសីលធម៌ខ្លះ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែវាហាក់បីដូចជាមានលក្ខណៈស៊ីជម្រៅទៅលើឯកជនរបស់បុគ្គលច្រើនជាង។ ខ្ញុំចេះតែគិតថា ហេតុអ្វីបានជាក្រុមយុវជនដ៏សកម្មនេះមិននាំគ្នាជជែកពីរឿងផ្សេងៗដូចជា បញ្ហាដែលយុវជនគ្នាគាត់ពិបាករកការងារធ្វើគួរតែគាត់តវ៉ាយ៉ាងម៉េច ឬក៏ទាមទារឲ្យអាជ្ញាធរសមត្ថកិច្ច ឬស្ថាប័នដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធជួយដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាការងារយ៉ាងម៉េច? ម្យ៉ាងទៀតខ្ញុំមើលឃើញដូចជា រឿងអំពើពុករលួយ រឿងព្រៃឈើ រឿងរ៉ែ រឿងអីសុទ្ធតែរឿងដែលកើតទុក្ខរួមរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ»។
ការដាក់ពាក្យប្ដឹងនេះ ធ្វើឡើងមួយថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ពីលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រមានវាយបកលើគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ប្រសិនបើបក្សនេះបន្តចោទប្រកាន់បក្សកាន់អំណាច ឬរដ្ឋាភិបាលថា ជាអ្នកនៅពីក្រោយការបញ្ចេញរឿងអាស្រូវស្នេហារបស់អ្នកនយោបាយម្នាក់។ ពិតមែនថា លោកមិនបាននិយាយចំឈ្មោះអ្នកនយោបាយរូបនោះ ក៏លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទំនងសំដៅដល់លោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានស្ដីទីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បញ្ជាក់ថា បើគេនៅតែបន្តចាត់ទុករឿងអាស្រូវស្នេហា ថាជារឿងនយោបាយនោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលនឹងចាត់វិធានការមែនទែនតែម្ដង។ លោកព្រមានថា ក្នុងករណីរដ្ឋាភិបាលលូកដៃចូលក្នុងរឿងនេះ គឺបក្សប្រឆាំងពិតជាពិបាកមិនអាចទប់រួចនោះទេ ហើយលោកមានភស្តុតាង។
កន្លងមកក្រុមយុវជនទាំងនោះ បានធ្លាប់ទៅដល់ទីស្នាក់ការគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ និងដើរអុកឡុកតាមវេទិកាសាធារណៈរបស់បក្សមួយនេះ និងដាក់ញត្តិនៅរដ្ឋសភាជាដើម ដើម្បីជជីកសួរឲ្យលោកកឹម សុខា បកស្រាយ និងស្វែងរកការពិតនៃខ្សែអាត់រឿងរ៉ាវស្នេហានោះ។ ប៉ុន្តែគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិរក្សាជំហរមិនឆ្លើយមិនឆ្លងមិនឈ្លោះក្នុងរឿងនេះឡើយ៕
