"ហេតុការប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមួយ គឺតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់ ឯ.ឧ. សម សារី ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃសន្និសីទ អន្តរជាតិ កំពូល ទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ឆ្នាំ១៩៥៤ ដែលពេលនោះប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានរួចផុតពីការបែងចែកទឹកដី។"
