(*) The land concession covering 40,000 hectares granted to the Vietnamese army in Ratanakiri province, is a violation of the Constitution whose Article 53 notably states, "The Kingdom of Cambodia doesn’t allow the establishment of any foreign military base on its territory." Those 40,000 hectares of Cambodia’s territory now administered by the Vietnamese army have been turned into a military zone under the control of a foreign country. Any army is made up of soldiers equipped with weapons, military equipment and related logistics. Any army moving to any zone has to establish bases that are of military nature by definition. Where is Ah Kwack Hun Sen's voice, which has always threatened Khmer people who expressed their concerns about the fate of Cambodia ?
It is undeniable that Ah Kwack Hun Sen is the worst Khmer traitor in Khmer history.
SHOULD ENG CHHAY EANG PUBLICLY APOLOGIZE TO THE KHMER KROM PEOPLE?
Recently, there have been an overwhelming condemnation over Eng Chhay Eang's opinion regarding Oknha Son Kuy's sacrifice his life to save Khmer Krom's culture.
Let's discuss this issue:
1- Khmer krom are human being. The evil Vietnam wanted to kill and destroy all Khmer Krom people. In this matter, the evil Vietnamese are bad and Khmer Krom people must exert their own efforts to fight them back.
2- Oknha Son Kuy was a popular figure who can gather khmer Krom people to fight the evil Vietnam.
3- To defeat Son Kuy , the evil Vietnam used a dirty strategy by killing Khmer Krom people to make Son Kuy surrender.
4- Instead of gathering the Khmer Krom people to wage a fierce fight against the oppressor Vietnam, Oknha Son Kuy surrendered and let the evil Vietnamese killed him in exchange for Vietnam to save Khmer culture.
5- Let's take a close look: KHMER CULTURE BELONG TO KHMER.
Why did Son Kuy have to sacrifice his life to save something that belong to Khmer ?
The evil Vietnam actually wanted to kill a popular Khmer Krom leader Son Kuy. So Vietnam used a trick a kill Son Kuy, and Son Kuy, in my opinion fall into the Vietnam's trick. Look at the present situation in Khmer Krom: Vietnam has continued its oppression over the Khmer Krom people even after Son Kuy had sacrificed his life.
6- Would it be better if the Khmer Krom people at that time followed Son Kuy into the jungle and fought back against the evil Vietnam and trying to liberate Khmer Krom back from the evil Vietnam?
For this reason, I think Khmer Krom people should understand and tolerate Eng Chhay Eang's statements. In my opinion, Eng Chhay Eang is more right than wrong.
Finally, currently, the evil Vietnam wanted to destroy the CNRP by killing Sam Rainsy. Some stupid people have echoed the evil Vietnam's intention by calling Sam Raainsy a coward for not returning to Cambodia to let Ah Kbot Cheat Hun Sen imprison and kill Ram Rainsy in the prison.
In my opinion, an alive Sam Rainsy would serve Cambodia better than a dead Sam Rainsy. Do not fall into the evil Vietnam's trap by pushing Sam Rainsy into the Prey Sor jail.
If Khmer people want to save Cambodia, they must learn how to make good judgment: understand well what is wrong, what is right, who is the Khmer traitor, who is the Khmer hero.
Another tactic that the evil Vietnam is deploying is making Khmer people to cast doubt on all the Khmer leaders - convincing Khmer people to not trust any Khmer leaders, the evil Vietnam has spread the crazy saying "Anar Kor Dauch Anar" .

hun sen back up plan in case he lost power in the next election... create chaos... and the people will willingly submit to him [ save us we will give up our personal freedom ]...just like around the world , those in power will find a few nutjobs to do their dirty works and people will give up their freedom for the ''security '' promises to them by the very same criminals in power. even here what they are trying to do now ,is to confiscate guns from the good people while arming the bad ones [ criminals seems to always have guns no matter what law is passed] and the good people are defenseless against them... when the viets decided to act khmer people will have no guns to defend family and land.

I wonder in the national assembly ,the Cnrp mps would dare to launch a debate about youn army occupies the 40000 hectares of Khmer territory .If they do, I wonder the debate will be thwarted by ah traitor heng samrin.
