Khmer race is already ugly and will remain ugly for a long time.
You see, in a normal society, pretty girls want to marry handsome boys. Their children will be good looking and beautiful. That's how a race will slowly improve their gene pool. Good genes will slowly propel up.
Now, during Khmer Rouge time, the Khmer Rouge village chiefs and their sons are ugly. But they wanted the pretty Khmer girls and women. They murdered the handsome Khmer boys and men. Then they force the pretty girls and women to marry them.

If you want to retain your pretty Khmer genes, Cambodia must not be so desperate. You must find way to bring the standard of living in Cambodia up fast, very fast.
