Le Hai Binh, spokesperson of Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs

HANOI (Xinhua) -- Spokesperson of Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) on Monday said that a special envoy will visit China aimed at discussing measures to relieve tension between the two countries.

"The visit by the Vietnamese official to China is to discuss with Chinese leaders on measures to cool down the situation and prevent tensions between the two countries from happening again," said Le Hai Binh, spokesperson of Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.

Binh made the remark while addressing reporter's inquiry over the purpose of the tour to China by Le Hong Anh.

Le Hong Anh, a Politburo member and standing secretary of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, will visit China from Tuesday to Wednesday as the special envoy of Nguyen Phu Trong, general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee.

"The visit, made at the invitation of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, also aims to promote healthy, stable and long-term development of the bilateral relations between the two parties and two countries, which meets aspirations and interests of the two peoples," said Binh.

I wonder this article is really useful for this Khmer-related blog. We don't need to read anything associated with Vietnam anymore. Does our Cambodian internal affair not enough?

Khmer, if you cannot learn anything from the Vietnamese then stop criticizing them. You are the lowest of the lows. You don't need to advertise to the world your stupidity and inferiority.

When I first came to America, I was very poor. I quietly sneaked into a very high class, elite High School to get the best education I could have. I was quiet and hard working.

My teachers favored me very much since I was winning competitions, medals, honors for them left and right. Near the end of the school year, my teachers gathered at the end of the hall way chit-chat to see who would become my teachers next year. They spot me, "There he is, our wonder student. We could easily spot you from the distance. You always wear the same clothes."

I apologized to my teachers, "I am sorry, this is all I have." They already suspected that I was very poor, but my answer confirmed their suspicion. But my humility and superior academic ensured I always got the most favor, the most help from the teachers.
