It was cambodian move out, off course vn move in. I've been to cambodia every year and every provinces. It was cambodia move out....cambodia move out because they have to move in where they can make business for a living, for that space is available for grab. cambodia gov't too turn a blind eyes because they were busy want to be rich and forgot about an empty space being grab freely by vn.

don't blame vn, blame on khmer peoples and its gov't.

gov't in cambodia is all about money in their pocket not about the country and its peoples.

Every times the news about VN move in I immediately knew exactly the same. Khmer moved out.

But it was the government job to maintain and secure the border. But, there are no Police or Military along VN Cambodia border so it is very easy for VN to move in because the space free to move in.

Everytime the Youn moves in they move in the border post. If we were to see how much land was lost to Youn we have to see how many land treaties have been signed since the Vietnamese invasion.
