PHNOM PENH - Prime Minister Hun Sen warned opposition leaders on Saturday not to hold Cambodia hostage for political benefit , or risk facing a swift government crackdown.
"Do not try to put this country hostage for bargaining your power," Hun Sen said, warning that any attempt to stage acivil war will be "cracked down on in just hours."
Hun Sen issued the warning amid a brewing political crisis over the outcome of last July's general election.
The opposition Cambodian National Rescue Party (CNRP) has refused to recognise the outcome of the election, won by the ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP), on grounds the polls were rigged to ensure a CPP victory.
The opposition has boycotted all parliament sessions and staged mass protests, demanding a serious probe of the election, reform of the National Election Committee, organisation of a new election and Hun Sen's resignation.
Hun Sen said a political settlement should be conducted through negotiation or through the National Assembly.
"It should not be settled by walking in the streets," he said.
The CPP won 68 seats of the total 123-seat National Assembly in last July's general election, while Sam Rainsy's CNRP got the remaining 55 seats.

លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហៅការទាមទារមិនចេះចប់ មិនចេះហើយរបស់មេដឹកនាំគណបក្សប្រឆាំងនេះថា គឺជាការអូសទាញប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឲ្យធ្លាក់ក្នុងស្ថានភាពមានវិបត្តិ និងវឹកវរ។
មេដឹកនាំដែលកាន់អំណាចយូរជាងគេនៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ី បានព្រមានទៅបក្សប្រឆាំង និងអ្នករិះគន់ដែលមិនសំចៃមាត់ថា កុំប្រើប្រាស់រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញធ្វើជាឧបករណ៍នយោបាយ ដើម្បីទាមទារឲ្យលោកចុះចេញពីតំណែងឲ្យសោះ ដោយលោកចាត់ទុកថា ស្ថានភាពប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ពុំមែនដូចប្រទេសដែលធ្វើបដិវត្តដោយយោធា ឬថាដោយកម្លាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនោះឡើយ។
ការថ្លែងដូចនេះរបស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងពិធីបើកសម្ពោធភូមិកុមារ អែស.អូ.អែស (SOS) ក្នុងខេត្តក្រចេះ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ មករា។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានហៅការទាមទារម្ដងជាពីរដងរបស់អ្នកប្រឆាំង ដោយមិនបញ្ចេញឈ្មោះថា នោះគឺជាការបង្ខំឲ្យលោកដើរផ្លូវទាល់ច្រក។ លោកបន្តថា បើនៅតែបន្តប្រើរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញដើម្បីចំណេញនយោបាយខ្លួនទៀត និងប្រើប្រាស់ទីសាធារណៈ ដើម្បីរំខានដល់ភាពសុខសាន្តរបស់សង្គម លោកអាចនឹងចាត់វិធានការប្រឆាំងសកម្មភាពទាំងនេះដោយចៀសពុំបាន។ លើសពីនេះ ការព្រមានជាដាច់ខាតរបស់ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រង់ថា នឹងមិនឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់រូបលោកភ្ជាប់ទៅនឹងអប្បិយជំនឿ ដូចជាធ្វើទីងមោង រួចដុតបំផ្លាញចោលឡើយ។ បើដូច្នេះមែន លោកព្រមានថា អ្នកស្មោះស្ម័គ្រចំពោះលោក នឹងពុំលើកលែងទេ ជាពិសេសគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ មិនដែលនិយាយទៀងទាត់ម្ដងណាឡើយ និងពុំដែលបង្ហាញភាពស្មោះត្រង់ក្នុងឆន្ទៈនយោបាយ សម្រាប់ក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃការចរចាថែមទៀតផង។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន៖ «ការទាមទារណាក៏ដោយខុសរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ មិនអាចទទួលយកបានទេ។ បងប្អូនដែលបោះឆ្នោតឲ្យគណបក្សប្រជាជនទាំងឡាយ ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងតបជាមួយទង្វើទាំងឡាយដែលខ្វះការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងមានចរិតជារដ្ឋប្រហារ។ មិនថាតែបងប្អូនដែលបោះឆ្នោតឲ្យគណបក្សប្រជាជនទេ បងប្អូនទាំងឡាយដែលមើលឃើញថា ផ្ទុយរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ហើយមិនអាចទុកបានទេ។ ចរិតផ្ដួលរំលំមិនអាចទទួលយកបានទេ»។
ចំណែក លោក ញ៉ែម បុញ្ញឫទ្ធិ អ្នកនាំពាក្យគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បញ្ជាក់ថា គណបក្សប្រឆាំងពុំដែលក្បត់ការចរចារបស់ខ្លួនម្ដងណាទេ។ លើសពីនេះ ក៏ពុំដែលប្រើប្រាស់រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញដើម្បីជាចំណាប់ខ្មាំងម្ដងណាដែរ៖ «គោលជំហររបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ យើងនៅតែយល់ ហើយនិងមានជំនឿថា ដំណោះស្រាយភាពជាប់គាំងផ្នែកនយោបាយនេះ គឺដោយសន្តិវិធី និងអហិង្សា។ ហើយចូលសភាដូចឯកឧត្ដមប្រធាន និងឯកឧត្ដមអនុប្រធាន លោកមានប្រសាសន៍អ៊ីចឹង គឺយើងនឹងចូលសភា នៅពេលដែលយើងជជែកពិគ្រោះយោបល់គ្នា មុននឹងធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់»។
ក្រៅពីការព្រមានដោយត្រង់ប្រឆាំងនឹងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដោយមិនបញ្ចេញឈ្មោះនេះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏ព្រមានដោយមិនបញ្ចេញឈ្មោះអ្នកហ៊ានរិះគន់លោក ដែលមានបំណងស្នើឲ្យព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្តម មុនីនាថ សីហនុ ធ្វើជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ថាគឺជាយោបល់ឡប់លីលា។
បើទោះជាលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងដោយមិនសំដៅឈ្មោះក៏ដោយចុះ ក៏គេដឹងថា នោះគឺលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រមាន លោក លឺ ឡាយស្រេង។
លោក លឺ ឡាយស្រេង ដែលជាអតីតរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព័ត៌មាន កូតាគណបក្សហ៊្វុនស៊ិនប៉ិច បានស្នើទៅព្រះមហាក្សត្រ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ មករា ថា សុំឲ្យព្រះអង្គទ្រង់មានព្រះតម្រិះធ្វើសេចក្ដីសម្រេចឲ្យព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្តម មុនីនាថ សីហនុ ធ្វើជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន។
លោក លឺ ឡាយស្រេង បញ្ជាក់ថា លោកពុំមានការព្រួយបារម្ភណាមួយពីការព្រមានរបស់ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឡើយ។ លោកគិតថា អ្វីដែលស្នើឡើងនេះ គឺស្របតាមច្បាប់៖ «មានអីបារម្ភគ្រាន់តែស្នើសុំដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រទេសជាតិ មានការត្រូវការបារម្ភ ព្រោះព្រះមហាក្សត្រពេលណាដែលប្រទេសជាតិកំពុងតែជាប់គាំងហើយហ្នឹងណា ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ព្រះអង្គយាងមកដោះស្រាយ មានអីខុស ខ្ញុំសួរ»។
ស្របគ្នានេះ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានរិះគន់មន្ត្រីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ជាពិសេសសកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យមួយ ដែលបានផ្ញើលិខិតទៅលោកស្នើពិចារណាបង្កើតរដ្ឋាភិបាលបណ្ដោះអាសន្នបោះឆ្នោតឡើងវិញ និងធ្វើប្រជាមតិ។ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានហៅការស្នើនោះថាខុសរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ។ យ៉ាងណា លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា បើចង់មានការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរច្បាប់កំពូលរបស់ជាតិនេះ គឺត្រូវបេក្ខភាពតំណាងរាស្ត្រប្រឆាំងទទួលយកតួនាទីរបស់ខ្លួន និងចូលប្រជុំសភា៖ «ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាត្រូវធ្វើនៅលើតុចរចា ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាត្រូវធ្វើនៅក្នុងសភា មិនអាចធ្វើនៅតាមចិញ្ចើមថ្នល់បានទេ»។
លោក សុខ ទូច បណ្ឌិតវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ បញ្ជាក់ថា ស្ថានភាពប្រទេសកម្ពុជា កំពុងស្ថិតក្នុងស្ថានភាពគួរឲ្យព្រួយបារម្ភ និងគួរឲ្យសោកស្ដាយ ដែលអ្នកនយោបាយរបស់បក្សទាំងពីរពុំដែលយកគំនិតដែលសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្ដល់យោបល់។ លោកគិតថា អ្នកនយោបាយពុំដែលគិតពីឆន្ទៈរបស់ម្ចាស់ឆ្នោតម្ដងណាឡើយ៖ «ការដែលបារម្ភហ្នឹងហើយ ដែលយើងបានរៀបចំនូវគំនិតជាច្រើន ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ឲ្យអ្នកនយោបាយ។ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ អ្នកនយោបាយហាក់ដូចជាមិនចង់បាន ពីព្រោះចូលលក្ខណៈញៀនរៀងខ្លួនហើយ។ លក្ខណៈញៀននឹងអំណាចរៀងខ្លួនហើយ។ អ៊ីចឹងទេ វាធ្វើឲ្យយើងលំបាកនឹងរកដំណោះស្រាយ ព្រោះបើសិនមនុស្សចង់ដោះស្រាយ យើងឲ្យ។ មិនខុសអំពីអ្នកឈឺ ចង់ទទួលទានថ្នាំពេទ្យទេ»។
លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងថា បើបក្សប្រឆាំងចង់ទម្លាយភាពជាប់គាំងផ្នែកនយោបាយនេះ គប្បីចូលប្រជុំសភាជាមុនសិន។ ហើយលោកចំអកថា ពុំដែលបក្សមានសំឡេងភាគតិចមកបង្គាប់បញ្ជាបក្សដែលមានសំឡេងភាគច្រើនដូចបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ឡើយ។
យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ មករា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ព្រមានកាត់ជំនួយមកដល់កម្ពុជា បើរដ្ឋាភិបាល លោក ហ៊ុន សែន មិនស៊ើបអង្កេតភាពមិនប្រក្រតីការបោះឆ្នោតទេ។ ការព្រមាននេះ ស្របពេលដែលសភាសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប បានចេញសេចក្ដីសម្រេចមួយឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ទទួលយកការស៊ើបអង្កេតលើការបោះឆ្នោត ដោយមានការជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងពីសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ៕

Criminal Hun Sen has put Cambodia hostages for more than 30 years by following his Vietnamese boss's advices and orders, making Cambodia as the following:
1. Natural resources and forests have been destroyed by Yuon/Vietnamese companies under the illegal contracts without consultation. Cambodia is not belonging to Hun Sen
2. Tonle Sap and Mekong Lakes and sea have been polluted by many illegal Vietnamese/Yuon immigrants or settlers under criminal Hun Sen's legs. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen
3. Khmer/Cambodian intellectuals, cultures, education systems, health care accesses for all Cambodian people have been ruined or destroyed by criminal Hun Sen and his Vietnamese CPP advisors and uneducated Yuon/Vietnamese working for Hun Sen. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen and illegal Yuon/Vietnamese companies.
4. Angkor Wat has been given to Yuon/Vietnamese crook named Sok Kong, an illegal Yuon settler in Cambodia. Money pouring into Angkor Wat from tourists have been in Sok Kong's pockets and some of money is also in Hun Sen's pocket and other criminal CPP crooks. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen.
5. Large land and real estates have been given or stolen by criminal Sok An, Lao Kim Meng, and Hun Sen's Yuon/Vietnamese crooks in CPP offices. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen.
6. Innocent Cambodian/Khmer people have not benefited from criminal and illegal CPP government offices, such as health care, assistances, educations, hospitals, food assistance programs, and more for more than 30 years. Cambodian people have been struggling on their own to be vendors, bussiness owners, and so on. They paid taxes to Cambodia state, but illegal CPP government took all the taxes from hard working Cambodian people. Cambodia is not belong to criminal Hun Sen and his Vietnamese cronies.
7. Khmer/Cambodian heroes have been killed by criminal Hun Sen and his criminal crooks or illegal Vietnamese companies owners.
8. Cambodian workers have been sent to overseas to work, such as South Korea, Malaysia, Singapores, Thailand, Philippine, etc., to survive and feed their families, also, they have been asked to pay taxes. This is not very fair to Cambodian people.
9. Transportation and traffics have not been improved for over 30 years under the stinky leaderships of criminal Hun Sen. Roads, bridges, railroads and waterway have been awefully dirty, terribles and have not been developed or built. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen.
10. Natrual resources, forests/woods, and everything have been shipped or transported to evil Vietnam by illegal Vietnamese companies under criminal Hun Sen's illegal CPP government. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen.
11. Khmer Rouges trial has not been successful and wasted a lot of millions of dollars from donors. So, CPP crooks as judges (Yuon/Vietnamese) under criminal Hun Sen's leadership, have been paid a lot of money and taken advantages of millions of dollars for almost ten years. Cambodia is not belonging to criminal Hun Sen.
12. Khmer history and history of Angkor Wat and Khmer Empire have been dangerously rewritten by criminal Hun Sen's Yuon/Vietnamese CPP and then Vietnamese history will be rewritten as a fake history to fool the world or international communities, making foreigners confuse about fake Vietnamese history. Vietnamese were originally from China and Chinese kicked Vietnamese out (Vietnam was originally from Yunnan, Chinese province, before Tai Sung, Dai Viet, Annam, ect. Vietnam is a very hypocrite nation and thief on the planet.

Civil war seems to be the best option right now, but the opposition has no military leader who are willing to lead. All the military leaders in Cambodia are so well off, they are not interested to start the civil war.
