ខេត្តក្រចេះ ៖ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា កម្ពុជាមិនមែនជាលីប៊ីទេ ស្តាប់ឱ្យច្បាស់ ហើយសម្តេចក៏បានអំពាវនាវដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដែលបោះឆ្នោតគាំទ្រគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ក្រោកឈរឡើង ដើម្បីទប់ទល់នយោបាយផ្តួលរំលំរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ។
សម្តេចមានប្រសាសន៍បែបនេះ ក្នុងពេលអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ សាលាភូមិកុមារSOS ក្រចេះ ស្ថិតក្នុងសង្កាត់អូរប្ញស្សី ក្រុងក្រចេះ កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៨ មករា ២០១៤ ។

something missing with the headline... in khmer it stated that he said Cambodia is NOT Libya.
he is correct; cambodia has no sweet crude oil which is sought after more than sour crude oil... but gaddafi decided to stop taking the US dollars for oil sale and we all know the rest of the story.
What is the meaning of the word, "Cambodia"?
- Cambodia is not Libya.
- Cambodia is a country, while majority of Cambodians must live as slaves under dictatorship families supported by another country called Vietnam.
- Cambodia is under indirect control by Vietnam.
- Cambodia is not a country for all Cambodian people. Majority of Cambodians must migrate to other countries to work as low-level workers in order to save money to feed their domestic families.
- Most of Cambodians must know how to corrupt or involve in corruptions in order to live properly.
- Cambodians must respect foreigners like Vietnamese in Cambodia. Otherwise, they might be jailed or arrested for compensation.
Then Hanoi city and people will be nuked or nuclear-bombed by China or the U.S. just like an example of American military forces had bombed nuclear on Hiroshima, Japan because Japan controlled South Korea during the WWII and Japanese military forced killed several thousands of South Korean people. Then, Japanese leaders made the announcement to stop the wars against South Korea and Americans.
So, Vietnamese leaders have to be very careful with China will drop atomic bombs over Hanoi or Vietnam if Vietnamese leaders in Hanoi ordered criminal killer Hun Sen what to do to destroy Cambodia/Khmer nation and kill Cambodian/Khmer people. Why? Because Khmer and China have been friends for a long times since the beginning of Khmer Mon (Cambodian) birth and powerful Khmer Empire. We are still friends today. Vietnam/Yuon leaders are so hypocrite.
