PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) – Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Association called on Prime Minister Hun Sen to bring Khmer Krom issues to talk with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
“During the visit of Nguyen Tan Dung in Cambodia, Khmer Kampuchea-Krom Association would like to ask Sam Dech (Hun Sen) to bring issues of Khmer Kampuchea Krom residents who are living in Vietnam, to Vietnam Prime Minister who always asked Sam Dech to take care of Vietnamese in Cambodia,” said Thach Setha, President of the Association, in a letter sent to Prime Minister Hun Sen on Sunday.
The letter said Hun Sen should ask the Vietnamese government to release the nine detained monks and residents and to fully respect human rights, especially rights of Khmer Krom residents.
The letter added that the Cambodian consulates shall also be established in the Vietnamese provinces where a lot of Khmer Krom residents live.

Why don't we take the case to the ICC or UN ? or fight back? we have the right.We can blow Ho Chi Ming city until they giving up crabbing land and islands.

The talk of blowing up other country's city is an act of terrorism. You know USA and many other countries are fighting terrorism hard to save humanity. You don't want to harbor terrorist's thinking. It's bad for you.
Instead, I recommend you to improve yourself, become more competitive.
When I was a teenager, I was very poor with no skill and little English. I worked in the farm, was a coolie. I was in a labor team with 3 other Cambodians working at a upper-class retirement center. In the hot summer, the labor team wore long-sleeve to shield us from the extreme sun. We sweat so much while we labored at the site. Next to us were some rich White teenagers wearing bikinis, swimming and playing in the pool.
That how it was if you were poor, had no skills. But then the Whites discovered my talents. They noticed I was able to do complex calculation in my head. They immediately begun the process to pull me out of poverty.
As the result, my learning power was immensely magnified. You folks can test my superior intellectual power here.

The way yo speak, your idea and your support for dictatorship like Hun sen's regime means you are dumb, not smart. A smart person will not support a criminal to run Cambodia and kill Khmers. He/she will support the democratic camp to topple the dictator from power!
Vietnam and China's tug-o-war over Cambodia.

King Solomon once presided over a dispute between two women. These two women shared the same flat, each had a new born baby of a few months. But one baby was dead and both women claimed the live baby as hers.
King Solomon declared, "I do not know who is the real mother. Let the two women grab for the baby. The stronger one shall be the mother of the baby."
The two women rushed to the baby to grab. They entered a tug-o-war. King Solomon noticed one woman always let go of the baby when the baby was about to be torn apart. She tried to find different way to grab the baby back.
King Solomon stopped the grabbing and declared, "That woman is the real mother."

In modern day, we have Mr. Hun Sen acts in the role of King Solomon. He watched China and Vietnam both play tug-o-war over Cambodia. Which mother county will he side the Cambodia baby with?

Let's examine China mother country's grab.
China only cared about politic, so China guaranteed Pol Pot's stay in power. In fact, when Vietnam toppled Pol Pot, China tried to rescue Pol Pot by attacking Vietnam.
As that was not enough, China tried to restore Pol Pot back to power, lobbied international community to continue in recognition of Pol Pot's regime in the UN assembly. This continuation of civil war torn the Cambodia baby a part for more than ten years. China supplied aids, weapons to Pop Pot through Thailand.

Let's examine Vietnam mother country's grab.
After Vietnam succeeded in grabbing the Cambodia baby, the civil war and the international pressure against the Cambodia was so great, Vietnam let go of Cambodia to protect Cambodia, and withdrew in 1989.
Then Vietnam tried to grab the baby back in a different way. Vietnam used the proximity of the economic power to assert influence over Cambodia. One example is to supply electricity to Cambodia to push up the garment industry quickly.
As we all know, a power plant takes 4 years to build, but Cambodia quickly builds the garment factories within months and import electricity from Vietnam. Further more, you need the profit from the garment to build the future power plant, or to build more garment factories.

I assure you Mr. Hun Sen knows Cambodia faces threat from China's cutting aids and Vietnam's cutting electricity. It seems to me Mr. Hun Sen has sided with Vietnam because:
1. Vietnam is the better mother who let go when the baby was about to be torn.
2. China was a vicious mother who continue to cause suffering to the baby during the tug-o-war.
3. More importantly, Vietnam has found Japan to replace China's aid. Think of Vietnam as the poor mother who does not have much milk, but she finds a big-tit woman else where to feed her baby.

P.S. I read very fast, at the speed of 20x as fast as a typical Khmer. My learning rate is about 100 times as fast. I already read a couple thousand books and 100,000 articles so I do know a lot. And I would humbly say this, "According to my observation, Mr. Hun Sen is way smarter than me."
So, obey and follow Mr. Hun Sen ok? He is the smartest Khmer of all.

This Drgunzet guy, loves brags about how smart he is, but he still plays chess with the imaginary German friend and with the imaginary chess board. Actually I play very little chess in America. I was taught two games then went straight to the State tournament, captured 6th place. After that, my teachers discouraged me from playing chess so that I can focus on competing on more important events.
Later on, on the high-tech campus, I wanted to impress this gal so I practiced for about 10 games then went on to capture the championship.
I memorize the world Atlas in my head. In particular, if you give me a piece of paper, I can draw the map of Cambodia in details with river, mountain, top 10 major cities locations, population density, land concessions, so on and so on.
I met other superior people. One guy who is blind and write programs with his ears. He has a computer with a speech synthesizer. He memorized all of his complex and long codes in his heads.
In fact I was to practice with this blind guy, to become temporarily blind to magnify my photographic memory to be equal to his but then my job changed.
You should admit there are many superior people in the world, and that's how human race went to the moon while the Khmer are working in the garment factories.
