រថយន្តតំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា លោក ជាម យៀប នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រនេះ បានបុកអ្នកដំណើរពីរនាក់ នៅចំណុចគីឡូម៉ត្រលេខ៣៦-៣៧ ឃុំសំរោងធំ ស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្តកណ្តាល។
លោក ជាម យៀប ឲ្យដឹងថា អ្នករងគ្រោះដោយគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍នេះ មានបុរសម្នាក់ និងស្ត្រីម្នាក់។ អ្នកទាំងពីរត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅកាន់មន្ទីរពេទ្យកាល់ម៉ែត្រ។
ទាក់ទងនិងព័ត៌មាន ដែលថា ស្លាករថយន្តរបស់ត្រូវបានដកចេញភ្លាមៗ ពេលកើតហេតុ លោកអះអាងថា លោកមិនបានដឹងពីរឿងនេះទេ ពីព្រោះលោកកំពុងសម្រាកនៅក្នុងរថយន្ត ដែលបើកបរដោយអង្គរក្ស។ លោកបន្តថា លោកបានប្រាប់ឲ្យអ្នកបើកបររបស់លោកឲ្យបន្តដំណើរទៀត ដោយបារម្ភថា អ្នកភូមិអាចសម្លាប់អ្នកបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ៖ "អាកន្លែងត្រង់ហ្នឹង លោកក៏ត្រូវដឹងថា សព្វដង តាំងពីខ្ញុំនៅក្មេង ព្រោះខ្ញុំនៅព្រៃវែង មកត្រង់នោះ ឲ្យតែប៉ះអញ្ចឹង អ្នកស្រុកយកវ៉ៃងាប់ អ្នកបើកឡាននៅម្តុំគៀនស្វាយហ្នឹង ហើយអញ្ចឹងយើងនៅម៉េច ហើយអត់មានប៉ូលិសមានអីនៅត្រង់នោះផង អាហ្នឹងខ្ញុំគ្រាន់សុំជម្រាបលោក។ ខ្ញុំមិនដឹងទេ សុបព័រ(អ្នកបើកឡាន)អ្នកបើក ព្រោះខ្ញុំមកហ្នឹង ម្សិលមិញខ្ញុំដើរទៅចែកអំណោយមួយថ្ងៃដល់ល្ងាច ដល់អញ្ចឹងខ្ញុំហេវហត់ដែរ ដល់អញ្ចឹងខ្ញុំដេកលក់តាមឡានមក"។

it was , driver careless to driving, he made big mistake on this accident,
It doesn't matter whose faults are, when there is an accident with the other two pedestrians involved, you have to stop your car at the scene of accident until the right authority arrives. Otherwise you would be reported as a hit and run and the police officer have to come to your door. In the west 'hit and run' is considered as a serious offense. And I do not know about the traffic laws in Cambodia especially it involved an MP with the high rank in the Parliament, so wait and see how the police they handle this problem which we can see from the outset that ah Chker Chiem Yeap ignoring the condition of the other two injured pedestrians by just ordering his driver to drive his car out of the crime scene. Probably it is the common practice of the rich and the powerful in the kingdom of Scambodia. They think that they are above the laws, so the laws have to treat them differently from the ordinary citizen.
Hit and run wasn't his fault? Ah Cheam Yeap must be prosecuted for hit and run.Ah Cheam Yeap wished CNRP plan crashed and car crashed,now karma punish ah Chheam Yeap.You see becareful what you wish others to get bad luck,karma has justly enforce its will!...Whats goes around,come a round.....! A hit and run is a criminal offence. By law, if you had an accident, whether its your fault or others' fault, you have to stop to assist the injured. If you run away, you will be prosecuted and can go to jail, so Cheam Yeap must be prosecuted.
In Scambodia, this blood sucker above the law. Why khmer people let this yuon guy runs their life? So sad for little khmer people.

let the law's reveal the justice
