SEATTLE, Oct. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Khmer People Network for Cambodia* (KPNC) will host a press conference at The National Press Club, 529 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 13th Floor, First Amendment Lounge on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 from 9:15 AM to 11:00 AM. The event will cover critical human rights violations, the dwindling state of democracy in Cambodia and related subjects, and their impacts since the signing of the Paris Peace Agreements (PPA) 22 years ago. The conference will focus on the following:
Human Rights: We look generally into Human rights and basic freedoms violations, and in particular, government treatments of protestors; war crimes and crimes against humanities; ranges of victims and culture of impunity.
State of Democracy: It is to examine the democratic process, starting from voter registration to post election, including the election apparatus, the judicial body, the court system and the king role. Cambodia now faces an ever dangerous post-election political impasse due to fragrantly flawed system and gross mishandling by the electoral authorities.
Land Grabs: We will go over the land rights issues and their impacts on victims and their children.
Human Trafficking: The poor are very vulnerable to trafficking, women and children in particular.
Paris Peace Agreements on Cambodia of October 23, 1991: We will bring back to light this important international instrument. We will see how this legal instrument can be used to help resolve the current impasse, which has caused a lot of concerns around the world. If left unfairly resolved, it may lead Cambodia back on the fast lane to its recent past "Killing Fields."
World Appeals: Given the gravity of the political situation in Cambodia, and on behalf of the Cambodian people inside as well as outside Cambodia, the Khmer People Network for Cambodia*, together with the Cambodia National Rescue Foundation and The Khmer Sleuk Rit, Inc., would like to respectfully ask the world community to help recharge, once again, the forceful implementation of the relevant provisions of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreements to halt Cambodia from slipping back into another killing-field.

Yes, we are concerned what happens to Cambodian people under the the corrupted and illegal government of CPP controlled by the illegally Vietnamese/Yuon installed PM Hun Sen after jailing Mr. former PM Penn Sovan (who did not want to allow the illegal Vietnamese/Yuon flooding into Cambodia).
Yes, we are afraid of the second Killing Fields might occurred after the Killing Fields in Cambodian from 1975 to 1979 because the Hanoi bastards like Pham Van Dong and the like and Ho Chi Minh have been behind all the killing of innocent and higher educated Cambodian/Khmer people in the Killing Fields, the Khmer Rouges soldiers led by Pol Pot had been accused as the killers as scapegoats.

The world will not forget about Cambodia and Cambodian people because the world still looks for who has been behind all the killing fields, especially, Yuon/Vietnamese Hanoi leaders and Ho Chi Minh, because of their agenda to gain more land of Cambodian and even want to take entire Cambodian country and put her Cambodia into Indochina Federation combined with Laos. It will be next with Thailand in order to make their stupid Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh plans as the the world most killers on earth.
China pushed Vietnamese/Yuon who owed China, that is why Vietnamese Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh have trying to get richer and have more wealth in order to pay the debt to China they (evil Yuon/Vietnamese) owed to. Therefore, Cambodia and Laos have been the victims because of these Yuon/Vietnamese Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh's violent and cruel slaughtering.
Vietnamese nation and its leaders are the most to be blamed for killing Cambodian people during the killing fields in order to gain the land of Cambodia and take the entire Cambodian country after Khmer/Cambodian race are exterminated or becomes minority.
Secondly, China is also at least the blame because China pushes stupid and dumb Cambodian leaders who did not listen to Cambodian people who have been suffering so much for many years and decades till today. It is about the money and wealth.
Ankar Leu/Cap Tren was from Hanoi instead of Sihanouk King because King Sihanouk was set up as Angkar Leu/Cap Tren just because he did not have the power during the Khmer Rouges Regime. Yes, King Sihanouk has be serious mistake to mislead the Cambodian nation and people because of his playboys coming from evil Yuon/Vietnam, that fooled him and cost him dearly to destroy Cambodia and hurt her people.
