Im afraid RCAF and police are ALL command by Hun Sen family and close associates. Only lower rank military officers and lower rank police are sympathetic to Khmer peoples causes. If CNRP exhaust ALL peaceful mean of over turn this FAKE ELECTION RESULTS by FAKE NEC. There will be mass sustain protests that will cripple our country and lost of lives CAN'T be avoided. There are so many Khmer youths who are hot tempered than their mild coward parents. These combinations of CPP/ YOUN hungry for Khmer's blood plus SHORT HOT TEMPERED KHMER YOUTHS WE WILL SEE BLOODSHED IF FREAKING INTERNATIONAL NOT STOP THINKING OF THEIR OWN INTETESTS INSTEAD OF WHAT ARE RIGHTS AND WHAT ARE WRONGS.

The army is now mobilized in many (or all?) provinces.
Wondering if they are neutral.
