Clown's policy "country for sale" is not going to work.Despite money injected from all over the sources like China,America,UN; charities organization etc,the country is getting poorer and poorer.Debt is getting higher and going to be higher and national resources are all sold. This because the system is not transparent. Human and money is like ants and honey. To stop corruption is to empower people and all civil and government institutions especially the medias ,the media should be independent, because it is act as public eyes and ears. In a unique and dynamic countries in western world corruption are all most impossible to be committed, because everyone is the police and law is the king. Where ministers or officers are being watched by their fellow colleagues below.
Another second measure is that the system must be strictly checked and strictly controlled by the a proper guidelines of ministries, for example major banks like such as HSBC,Holdings Citigroup,Sumitomo Mitsui BankingCorp,Deutsche Bank,etc employed all different types of people in different background and races,but they have no problem of losing their money,why? accounting and strictly check and control.
On the other way round, countries such as China, Vietnam and others, corruption is still wide spread, although the death sentence/capital punishment is used, why? this because the corrupted ministers or officers feel that there is a little chance of reporting their crimes by anyone below them to the higher authority and that because their system itself is not efficient or transparent. Like the CPP system is designed to silence people and that it is becoming a heaven for corruption.
Democracy is only working efficiently only the government is transparent and people and institutions are empowered, Where PM and a man on the street has the same or equal human right.
Stable Peace leads to being able to build every structures of that society. In order to build descent and smooth fabric structures, one society/country needs healthy and non corrosive mechanism of every citizen. Every citizen has to have basic level of understand what the country/society expect him/her to do and agree to bare certain level of responsibility. When every person takes good care of the responsibility and meet basic of understanding of fabric community to survive and strive, then the person of the society has created trust among each other. When trust has deep root foundation is become a norm then leads to culture of perfection and actualization, which in turn develops into self empowerment and sense of belong to the society then circle back to the creation of stability and peace.
