Facebook
users in Cambodia represent a most interesting segment of the
population: the educated young people, meaning over 1 million persons
who are opinion leaders and embody the country's future. Facebook
doesn't cheat like the CPP-controlled NEC. Therefore your "likes"
constitute a partial but transparent and meaningful "election" which is
indicative of the opinion trend in Cambodia.
Sam Rainsy
Sam Rainsy has more Facebook friends than Hun Sen.
As of 11th June at 15:45, Mr Hun Sen has 67,489 "likes" and Mr. Sam Rainsy has 63,904 "likes" on their Facebook accounts. However, Mr. Hun Sen opened his Facebook account on 28 June 2010, but Mr. Sam Rainsy only opened his Facebook account on 22nd April 2013. In this sense, Mr. Sam Ransy beat Mr. Hun Sen badly because Mr. Hun Sen opened his account 3 years before Sam Rainsy but has under 4000 "likes" more than Sam Rainsy.

Why wasting time on Facebook votes? The real counts will be the 7/28/13 election result.
1:53 am, Facebook is a medium to transmit their information to the voters. Facebook users can tell their parents, brothers and sisters how to vote because the opposition doesn't have access to mainstream media like tvs, radios or newspapers because the CPP controlled all media and everything.
Advise.
Do not believe in no one. Think of yourself. The nature of men is always corrupt, greed and comparative. Treat every things you heard as information and compare it to other information which you agree or disagree. Then make your judgment.
In democracy you must believe in yourself and stand your own ground by believing that everyone seek in their own interests, therefore choose any government that is less evil. It means that he or she has less people blood in his or her hands.
