PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Anti-Corruption
Unit has warned Prince Sisowath Thomico, the Queen Mother’s personal
secretary, of the consequences if he does not announce his assets.
A letter issued Monday by Om Yintieng, President of the Anti-Corruption Unit, said Thomico has a week to announce his assets or he will face lawsuits and even imprisonment if he refuses to do it.
149 officials in the Royal Palace have announced their assets, but only Thomico hasn’t done it, the letter said.
If he doesn’t reveal his properties, he will face from one month up to a year in prison according to article 38 of the Anti-Corruption law, the letter added.

Well,Hun sen's possesses with spirits of NakTa from the Banyan tree must cut his head off first to Sen Nakta that lives on that Banyan tree.Hun sen and Yiek ke'nei Bunrany screwed each other near Banyan tree thatwise the tree needs his son spirits back.If not,Hun sen won't be normal he will be PARANOIA and talking nonsense due to bad spirits [Nakta] of Banyan tree haunts him days and nights....Hun sen sanctify your son for the tree now or else....

done it - because he had enjoyed the IMPUNITY while he was serving CPP from
FUNCIPEC ? Thomico has one week to fill out the ACU forms , otherwise he may
be charged for Illigal logging & Deforestation ? He'll be locked up for as long as the
election's over .
It's called politically motivated harassment! Nothing new there...
2:08 am, the charge is politically motivated. Thomico was just appointed the advisor to the Queen Mother after he joined the CNRP about a month ago.
One thing is, like Thomico said, the process is shrouded with secrecy, no one knows who declare and who don't declare, so how can we be certain that everybody, including Hun Sen, has declared their assets?
Mr. Thomico needs NOT to declare his personal assets, because he is not an elected public office holder, nor he is running for one.

Ah Hun Sen is scared of dying to Youn. Now hes trying to kill Tomico so he can join Sihanouk.
Tomico is in hot water and no body can help him. Regardless it is a politically motivated move by hun sen, tomico can't get away from not complying with the demand of the anti corruption unit, pomdakpeang.
