Motor taxi drivers cursed UN envoy Surya Subedi [These people are sent by the Hun Sen's agents to embarrass and insult the UN envoy] អ្នករត់ម៉ូតូឌុបជេរប្រមាថមន្ត្រីសហប្រជាជាតិ

Thats exactly what Hun Sen said at the ASEAN meeting addressing Moa Loa as the crazy bald headed journalist.
Hun Sen is a Vietnamese animal, he will send out his agents to destroy anyone a threat to his power. He even sent out his son's puppy to attack the UN convoy.

I want to kick the guy with the speaker's phone in his face for asking about the address of the Amnesty international. He talked tough and not realizing how dumb he is.
